I didn't end up making a purchase but I was impressed with Madelyn the cashier. She had a difficult transaction before me and handled it with poise and grace.

Has a great sale going!!! I love Estee Lauder colognes and what is normally $102.00 gift set my son got it and final price...$58.00 + tax!!

Sales person was extremely helpful. They didn't have my size or color, but she took the time to find them in another store and ordered them to be delivered at my house. Store was in excellent condition, clean and everything was displayed beautifully.

Nice store in Morristown, well maintained and stocked with friendly employees and competitive pricing. Make the trip to Morristown instead of Sevierville even though the drive is further just because of the friendly service.

Great. When I had problems finding the right size sheets a young clerk helped to locate them. She ordered to sets that were not in stock. I bought 6 sets in store and ordered 2. Everyone will have a beautiful Christmas bed

All of the CSR'S were very courteous and helpful. Store is clean. Just not enough people on the floor to answer your questions.

Absolutely love this store. The employees are so helpful and friendly. The store manager is a jewel. She is always working on the floor assisting, Everytime I go in. Love to shop here and seems like a nice place to work.

They provide credit cards, shop wisely. Look for sales/deals. Just be careful. People are there to help you choose make up for free, which is a plus. Nice clothes. Shoes, always have a sale on clothing. Even better, plenty of make up. Clothing for men & children also.

I just moved to Morristown and I have already gone to this Belk at least 10 times, the ladies working are so nice, they have a full selection of everything and I have specifically brag on Judy, she was the sweetest employee we've dealt with!!

The problem with Belks is not enough customer service presence! The employees we encountered were adequately friendly, but not every time. Store has a lot to choose from, and if you catch the sales, a real value.

We went to Belk on the 1 st of January. We were excited to see maybe more than half of the women's clothing at 60 % off.. Spent 23.00 on a beautiful soft sweater instead of 50.00.. Love Belk ! Love Belk even more at 60 % off !!

Belk had a great sale and good quality products. Stirebwas unfortunately under staffed, but every staff member was happy to help.

Christmas crowd but the store and staff seemed ready and able to handle it. The prices were good and the staff all had great, friendly, personalities.
