Hampton Inn Morristown I-81

I was in town to attend the Walter Community College police academy graduation. The location of the hotel is excellent. Cracker Barrel is within walking distance. My room was clean and quiet. Some hotel's heating/AC is rather loud; this was not the case for this hotel. I slept soundly. I felt safe. The room was comfortable. Everything I needed (restaurants, shopping, and gas stations ) was within a ten miles radius.

The Hampton Inn in Morristown, off I-81 is convenient to the Interstate, with clean, comfortable rooms. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They also have a nice pool, convenient business center and complementary breakfast for the guests. A good night sleep and a pleasant experience.

I called at 2:30 in the morning and asked for a room, they held it for me without my card because I was driving. When I checked it at 4 a.m. the receptionist was so amazing, she offered me a late without me asking. The breakfast was amazing and we made it 15 minutes before it closed and the employee working the breakfast area kept the door open for an extra 5 minutes in case we needed more food or drink. I have never felt welcomed.

The self-check-in via the app was great. We parked, walked right to our room and we were done. No waiting. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was good with choices for everyone and there is a Cracker Barrel within walking distance if you prefer. The location of this hotel is just off 81 so it is very convenient. We will choose this hotel again when we return.

My family and I had a great stay here. There is a cracker barrel right behind the hotel. So once we stopped I didn't half to drive anymore all evening. They had a great indoor pool and hot tub.
The breakfast was the best of all the places we've stayed. Thanks so much ladies.

Had a wonderful stay!!! Property was well life and clean. Staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable and the room was spotless…. Will definitely be back!!!

We originally booked at the Super 8 across the street and decided we needed a different hotel after checking in. We went to the Hampton and the staff was wonderful and accommodating to get us a room for the weekend. The hotel is CLEAN! Our kids loved the pool and the breakfast! You cannot hear outside noises which makes for a comfortable stay. Book here, you won’t be disappointed!

There aren't many options in this part of Tennessee, but you cannot go wrong staying here. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room, and the entire hotel, is very clean. Thank you for all the hard work that is put into this hotel!

The front end staff, are greeting you as soon as you come into the hotel. you come into a Contemporary Modern lobby with a sitting area to the right. the breakfast will also be on the right, the breakfast is decent, and the hotel inside is well lit. similarly to the parking lot. the parking is on site, off a dead end street, there are no activities near the hotel. Except there are some restuarants and a dollar store withing walking distance. The 2 elevators are lager than most, so people like me in a wheelchair are able to ride with othe people. the halls are clean and very tidy. There is alot of cleaning activity, which is convenient, because things stay tidy. I met two of the housekeepers, and they were nice, southern style comfort. the room is spacious and comfortable, with a wall thermasta, black out curtains, a large HD TV and local and cable channels, the furniture, is comfy and modern, which is very pleasing to the eye. I stayed in Room 301, which is a king suite, a beautiful lounging chair, a nice size dorm fridge, and a microwave, coffee machine. etc. There are plenty of outlets within reach and plenty of lamps and such. the carpet is fresh and clean. the bedding is top notch as well as the medium firm matress, very chic. the pool area on the first floor is nicely sized 3 to 4 ft deep with handicap lift and steps and a ladder very comfortable. and my favorite is the whirpool spa, which seems to be a rare thhing these days. is quite small but is very relaxing for all thos sore muscles, from travel. the 24 hr.. candy or soda down at the lobby is decently prices, and convenient. there is a buiseness center, for people to use a computer for email, etc this hotel has free wifi and its mighty fast, so, I give this hotel a 5 star rating, because not only would i stay here again in the future, but I will definitely tell other about this awesome hotel, and its very nice staff.

Absolutely a great place to stay. Off the road a bit but comfy. Kristy at the front desk was Absolutely 💯 professional and very kind. Room was great and in order. Thank you for a pleasant stay will come again and recommend to everyone.

The hotel was very clean, the staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating, and our room was spacious and clean as well.

I am always amazed at how clean the room are considering that they are pet friendly rooms. We traveled with our pet and were happy to see waste stations near the front of the hotel, even though we had our own bags.

Will definitely stay at this hotel again when we are traveling.

Very Clean. We thought this was a new location but were told it had been there for 7 years. There is a Cracker Barrel next to this hotel. There are a couple of fast food restaurants within walking distance.

Very nice hotel. Large spacious rooms. Comfortable beds and nice breakfast. If it wasn’t for all the taxes that get added to your bill it would be reasonably priced.

This hotel was incredible, very clean, staff was 10/10 happy and eager to help! We came from the best western next door (which should be marketed as a $40 truck stop motel) and we were able to turn our whole trip around changing hotels! The pool and hot tub were heated and indoor, breakfast was clean, so many options and service was amazing! Would recommend and will stay here in the future! (STAY AWAY FROM THE BEST WESTERN NEXT DOOR)

My husband and I were having major trouble including a failed tire on the interstate and the only tire store open on Sunday afternoon didn't have the right size. Instead of being home we are at Hampton Inn and will call every tire store nearby Monday morning, hoping someone has the right size and we don't have to drive too far on the donut tire. The checkin clerk was so polite and nice, she turned our afternoon around. Her competence, politeness, and empathy were just what we needed.

Very clean and friendly place to stay. The hotel is properly updated and clean. The staff at the front desk has always been a pleasure to deal with. A notable addition to this review is the wonderful Woman who serves breakfast in the morning. She is so kind and helpful. I look forward to seeing her each time I stay there.

We stopped here midway through a long trip. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful with check-in, the cleaning staff the next morn’ made good conversation with us in the hall and the gal who does the breakfast is AMAZING!!! She went above and beyond any hotel breakfast customer service I’ve seen in 40 years. DEFINITELY recommend staying here!!!
