Great fresh food here surprisingly. Everything was great. The manager Brenda was especially helpful when I mess up our mobile order. She made sure everything was perfect before we left. I was very happy with the food and service.

Best service in McDonalds in a long time! Food was better than usual. And an older gentleman delivering food outside was great! His name is Clint

Got wrong order 3 days in a week pies were cold ask for no pickles got all pickles nothing else on burger it was bad experience but I tried to give them a chance people working were very rude with me will never go back to that McDonald's

I went through the drive-thru. The food was good and the service was ok.

Quick service, nearly always get my order correct, only have issues getting my condiments on occasion. Good location, friendly employees. So quick on the order at drivetru I normally do not get my total for the order cost, but only area I would improve. Will be back.

I just wanted to give a special shout out to Amy my husband went in there and she was stressed out and she took care of my husband we were short and she took great care of us please make sure to treat this McDonald's amazing especially Amy she deserves all the credit

McDonald's is convenient and fast. We love to get something fast fro here when we are on the go. But at lunchtime it is very packed. It seems like a lot of people like to come here to eat .

This McDonalds is special to me and my church family. The Management and staff are friendly and efficient. Good quality of food. We (6-8) of us go there often for a snack after church and time of extra fellowship. Faith

The cashier was very helpful at this location. I don't like the biscuits and she could take the biscuits off of the sandwich and charge me less and it worked out extremely well. very very happy with my experience here.

This McDonald's has the most consistency that I have experienced from ordering a very specific McCafe drink. If it is ever wrong, however, they are more than willing to replace it without any fuss at all. Their salads are really green and fresh also.

McDonald's has always been a great fast food option in Dandridge. Just wish they would provide more conveniently placed trash cans in the parking lot that could possibly prevent customers from throwing trash out on the roadside as they leave.
