Ralphs

Its okay to shop here but I've noticed that their prices have gone up on such items as meat and poultry. I'm thinking of switching my shopping to Vallarta or Superior Warehouse.

A great place when you're around the area and want to stock up on some soda when it's on sale. I usually don't come to this Ralph location, I go to the one on Devonshire but since I was going to Kohl's this one worked out. The parking for this Ralph is pretty huge since it's in a big plaza so finding parking should be easy. The store looked organize when I went to shop today. I got my sofa pack, ice cream and tri tip. The soda and meat are in the aisle on the far left where the bakery items are at. I found everything I needed and I used the self checkout out to pay for my items.

Michaela -I think her name was- (sorry if I spelled it wrong) at the the cake section was very nice and helpful, I wanted a cake but without all the decorations on top and she helped me with my request even though I asked for a lot.

Good people employed here. Store is well stocked and clean.

Staff always on top of sanitation on carts and baskets. Good selection of fresh produce and seasonal goodies.

The only Ralph’s I ever go to!!! I love my friends there they treat me so kindly! I am there a lot.. so we tend to see each other quite often! I appreciate the help of the cashier Virginia, she always makes me happy/smile! Thank you Kristina and Kayleen for always being so sweet and pleasant towards me and my family! Timmy in the deli is the best!! So nice and always happy to see us and always a happy soul 😃✅ he loves leads, he said Liverpool is kool though my hubby loves Arsenal so we always go at it about who’s team is better :)

We love this spot only because of the convenience and the manager they have working the morning shift, Bobbi. She's always all smiles when I see her. The experience is always good at this location when it comes to having the store stocked, fresh baked goods and customer service. Always. Everyone who works here is nice. I can see why - Bobbi has always been kind and easy to talk to, too so her subordinates follow suit. This is my go-to spot before and after work so I'm happy that I can stop in, get what I need and get out. The store is kept up, too. Can't complain. Thanks, Bobbi and see you soon!

I have gone to Ralph's for years! And this location is so welcoming. Today, i decided to review because of two amazing gals who helped with my flower arrangements today. Christina and Jennifer thank you! These two girlies were so welcoming and spoke to me as if they have known me for years. Very home bound. Thank you to you all for what you do for us as customers.

I've lived in Sun Valley my entire life, I will always try to support our local stores especially the well deserved. Since the pandemic this is my go to Favorite Family grocery store. Everytime I shop there, everyone greets you and ask if there is anything they can do to help. The shelves are fully stocked, there is not one essential person there who is not moving around opening boxes after boxes and restocking.
I know that it has been hard for everyone to try to find what we now consider "gold" if its toilet paper, disinfectant wipes, antibacterial hand soap and ofcourse rubbing alcohol! This place has it stocked all the time, I am an early bird so I do get my shopping done early in the morning and that is when you are able to find what you need. If you dont see it on the shelves you can always ask and the hard working essential workers always willing to go out of there way to look in back of the store to find it.
Today I saw my favorite cashier Lady "Storay" who is always so helpful along with Kaitlyn, they made it so easy for my husband to help with bagging our groceries with our own reusable bags! I will still continue to shop here even after the pandemic!

Good selection of items, decent produce, and small-ish deli (meat) and bakery section compared to other local Ralph’s. The staff is always very friendly and helpful.

This location is probably my favorite, it has a nice parking lot, its kept clean and the employees are friendly, they also have a large inventory so if you are close to this location check it out
