Although overworked, I find the pharmacy workers to be most helpful. Chandler has been especially kind and helpful, even when some customers are less than understanding.

I'd recommend this pharmacy any time. They are extremely helpful and treat my family as family members, with care and concern for our health & well-being. The pharmacist will stop and explain anything we ask and make sure we understand new medications with which we are unfamiliar. I appreciate the high level of service and kindness offered by everyone behind the counter.

Angie is so nice I am going to leave her a big pile of cash in my will. if she wants she can share is the other the Pharmacy Manager (what's her Name) also very nice but someone has to get my money and I picked Angie . You go Girl !!!!!

I love coming here because everything is close together in a nice space but there is almost anything that you could need to buy.

Used this location for its in house doctor. Worked well for that purpose. Pharmacy and doctor, although joined, do not take the same insurance companies. A bit of a pain.

Pharmacy opens at 9am (not 8am)!!!

I never ever like to give a bad review, I am always understanding and a forgive and forget type of person. This Walgreens pharmacy is absolutely awful. Every single time I try to get a prescription filled for either myself, my husband or one of kids it’s always such a hassle! All of our providers feel the same way, too, about this Walgreens pharmacy. Even a brand new doctor we have recently seen had a negative comment to make about this Walgreens location when they asked us what pharmacy we use.
For example, my doctor sent 2 different scripts over to be filled on September 25th, due to insurance reasons the prescriptions could not be filled until October 12th. Called today, October 16th, because I still hadn’t received the message from Walgreens that my scripts were ready for pickup and was told just today that one of the prescriptions was on back order by the manufacturer. Why didn’t they tell me this on September 25th, THREE WEEKS AGO when they received the scripts from my doctor?? I am leaving town on a work trip tomorrow and need the medicine to take with me and it’s 6pm at night and my doctors office is closed!

I buy a couple diffetent prescriptions here and have several discount cards on file. I typically pay $45 for my monthly prescription, but they always try charging me more. Its not until I tell them to check which discount they used the month before that they get me the right price. Today I went to pickup a prescription that I don't get regularly. They said it was $106! I asked how much I payed previously and they said $12, but that discount card had expired. They couldn't even tell me which card that was. I took the prescription and looked on GoodRX when I got home. Walgreens was 4-10x as much as every other pharmacy in the area. I called to return it but was told I couldn't after it left the store. I WILL NOT shop at any Walgreens ever again! Look below for proof!

Drive thru pick was awful. I was first in line, watched pharmacy worker check out current customer, no one else in line inside. Then watch new person walk up , she waited on them, ignored drive thru again, then another person, then another person. Why is there a drive thru? She did not acknowledge anything, it would have been helpful to just get an acknowledgement, or hey I will assist you soon. very unprofessional. Recommend customer service training "Cindy" . Then Tornado sirens started going off after a very long wait!

By far the worst pharmacy to deal with, take your scripts elsewhere. Pharmacy manager is extremely unprofessional, and down right rude to customers as well as staff. It's mind blowing that people have so many issues with the pharmacy manager so she calls herself and nothing is done about it.

This pharmacy has failed me every time I've tried to use them. Every time! Nothing had gone smoothly when dealing with these people. This location needs some serious reorganization. They are horribly rude and uncaring,understaffed,they dont have proper stock. They dont respond in a timely manner,they cant even fill a very simple rx without issue.

I dropped off a prescription and when given the price I looked up the prescription on good RX to see if there was a coupon. Every other pharmacy in the neighborhood was 40% less. I showed him and asked if they could help me out a little bit. He handed the prescription back and said to go somewhere else.

The worse place ever..I waited over 3 hours for my prescription and they tell me they could not locate my insurance. All they could say was they are so sorry. I have not used Walgreens in years. And this is why. The one in Southlake is horrible. Avoid the location.

Worst pharmacy around. Staff are slow. Never enough people working. Didn't run my insurance even after I've gone here many times before. Very unhelpful staff. I'd advise going anywhere else.
