Another great Lowes location. Staff is awesome, they know their stuff and are always looking to be helpful. Of particular note is Jonathan in the law and garden inside section who helped with a recent purchase - he was friendly and knowledgeable about the various lines of edgers.

Store is well stocked and organized.

Ample handicap parking out front and the whole store is easily accessible.

Changing tables in both restrooms.

Speedy checkout.

Great garden section.

Well merchandised store. Excellent variety of just about anything you n Ed got all of your DYI projects.
Store is clean and staff is very helpful.
I have another Lowes closer to me than this one but find the service is much better here.

I went to this store today, straight from the Home Depot in Cinco Ranch (Fry Road). I left Home Depot furious with elevated blood pressure and wanting to punch someone in the face. When I walked into this Lowe's I was pleasantly surprised at the level of customer service I received. Bradly in the paint department was AMAZING! He knew exactly what I needed, helped me find the paint and recommended other items that I didn't even know I needed. I only went to Home Depot because it is closer. However, I will never go back to that store!!! I would rather drive farther and pay more money to get the Lowe's experience than deal with the likes of Home Depot. Thank you Bradly for turning my day around, I will be back!!! Great job!!!

I think Im finally beginning to understand the difference between Lowe’s and Home Depot. This store is not quite as large as HD hence not quite the variety of everything, yet much better rugs, tool selection, and ceiling fans IMO. This particular store is well organized, clean, and well stocked.

Harold in the seasonal department treated us like family. I was confused about lights and when I found the one I needed, they were short on inventory. He then took it upon himself to help me find a location. He was the sweetest man ever. He deserves a great Xmas!!!! And a raise Lowes

The best service I ever had on my entire life. The manager an African American lady absolutely polite and these two guys save my life. My husband send me to buy things that I didn’t have an idea but they were patient with me and help me to find everything I really want to congratulate Lowe’s! You have such wonderful team. THANK YOU!!!

Picked up several items. Before I got to the store, I used the APP to do some preliminary shopping and selected the items and checked their locations. Using the APP saved me time. It's very useful tool.

Lowe’s did an amazing job with our carpet. Victor at the 1093/SpringGreen location was helpful, kind, and really guided us in the decision! Lowe’s pricing was nearly half of the other stores in Katy, and we were so pleased with their selection and customer service.

The carpet arrived and was installed within a week and we couldn’t be more thrilled with it! Keller Interiors installed our carpet and the three men were wonderful. They completed the job in about 4 hours, were friendly, fast, cleaned up the mess that old carpet makes, and they did an incredible job! My carpet looks amazing!

I HIGHLY recommend both Lowe’s and Keller Interiors if you’re looking to add new carpet to your home or business!

The Cinco Ranch store is the one I like versus the Fry Road. The staff was very helpful and the product was where the ap said it would be.

My wife and I needed a new washer and dryer real fast since ours both broke down at the same time. We decided to drive down the street to the Lowe's. Olu the appliance sales rep helped us right away. We picked the washer and dryer we wanted and 2 days later they were delivered. Right on time. Very easy process at the store and reliable delivery. Great work by Olu the sales rep and Lowe's with the delivery!!!! Thank you!

Ended up at this location 30 mins from my house because apparently if a store doesn't have what the app shows & you order it they just cancel the order without notification. Didn't go in thanks to curbside pickup! That gentleman was nice and quick being it was only 1 item.

Got some good deals for sure at this Lowe's , never Ben to it I'm normally a Home Depot guy

Can't say their staff doesn't try their hardest! I came in looking for a very specific type of battery and the man I asked to help me find it gladly took me to every place in the store that even had the possibility of it being there, and all the other employees he asked about it were also very willing to help.

I ended up not being able to find it, but I did get a tip on where I might be able to go and also got a recommendation on how/when to replace the actual (specifc) CO2 device I have if all else fails.

I sort of dread going to this location. Because it's not like a full service Lowe's. There are lots of items that they don't carry at this location and it's usually a frustrating experience. Also unless I'm just unlucky, usually the staff / associate / team member idea with He's usually someone who absolutely knows nothing about the area of the store that I'm in. The one exception being the folks in the plumbing area are usually fairly sharp and very eager to assist. So, all that being said I had no high level of expectation of a terrific experience. I was pleasantly proven wrong! James the assistant manager who came to assist with my questions and problem and lack of effort by three teenagers, who were just holding down chairs in the lumber area, was an extreme blessing! He solved the pricing issue and even though they're power saw was inoperative, James spring into action and solved the problem for getting our plywood cut to the measurements that we needed. James went way beyond a reasonable customer service experience. If he isn't in line for the store manager, then he should be.
