Banner's Hallmark Shop

It's the best Hallmark store I've ever seen! There are so many beautiful and useful things. The staff was super friendly and fun.

I won’t go into detail, but they were able to assist me during a difficult transaction issue (100% my fault) and the staff, especially Michael, handled everything with such patience and understanding and went above and beyond to help me. This is my Hallmark! Become a crown rewards members and make sure to show them some support in Friendly Center!

A great Hallmark store overflowing with great quality gift ideas, super friendly staff and easy access. A must for any holiday or event with candy, holiday ornaments and super fun unusual gifts.

The employees here are very helpful, happy and very friendly. the employee really eent oit of her way to help me. I will visit that store again.

I stopped into Banner’s Hallmark Store yesterday to pick up a couple of birthday cards. I had been feeling low after losing my mother just three weeks ago, and just being in the Hallmark where I had purchased so many cards and gifts for her (especially during the pandemic) was difficult. While shopping I was warmly greeted by the store manager, Michael, who was an absolute delight. His sincerely kind and helpful personality was truly a balm to my aching heart and the time I spent in the store was the highlight of my day.

The customer service is always top notch at this store. I think most places have forgotten the value of a smiling face and being asked if you can be helped. I’ve always found stuff on sale when I visit as well and I love a good bargain. I’ve never been much a of Hallmark shopper but this place has changed my mind!

My SIL and I went into the Hallmark at Friendly Ctr looking only for a specific Jim Shore ornament. As we entered, we were almost immediately greeted by a very tall, young man who informed us that holiday items had been marked to 75% the day before and they had been extremely busy all day…however, there were still many nice items remaining that he would be glad to help us find. Though he kept quite busy the entire time, never once being idle…
I was aware that he greeted everyone with the same smile and enthusiasm….young, old, male, female, black or white!
He also made a pointed out his female coworkers in a simple, complimentary way prompting them to be polite as well.
To bring my post to a close…before we left there, this man (I found his name was Michael) had us customers (who were strangers to one another) laughing and stating out first names and asking each other where we were from! Several of us said that it was the highlight of our day!
God bless this rare employee in today’s world who acted as though assisting customers was a pleasure, not a nuisance!
I won’t give my business to any other Hallmark as long as my experience in this one proves stress free and even fun!!
(They had sold out of my original target but Michael’s cheerfulness made me not even mind! And I bought far more as gifts for next year!!)

This is a nice store with nice people , it means a lot to have nice people , this is my Hallmark store now and I have shopped at a lot. Thanks for nice people.

They have a very good selection of Snoopy & Peanuts merchandise. The staff is very friendly and they always accept Hallmark coupons & promotions unlike other area Hallmarks where I have had issues.

They also have a good selection of Hallmark Itty Bittys - they definitely have more of the hard-to-find ones. I highly recommend them for a visit.

Beautiful things

This place is located in a great location, the Friendly Shopping Center. Other than the idiots that don't know how to drive and create traffic problems this is a great place to get a card or whatever little remember-able knickknack for whatever occasion. The place is always quiet and the staff are always friendly.

All the employees I spoke to were very nice. Their big card selection was great. I would shop there again.

I always get the help I need here when I don't have a lot of time and I am looking for a specific gift. They have a wide selection of unique merchandise too.

Besides a large selection of cards, this store has a great selection of unique gifts for all ages. The staff is quite helpful if you have any questions
