It’s almost Christmas and Susan at the front register just made my day. Holidays usually get me feeling overwhelmed and I was having trouble printing items at the photo kiosk. Susan was very calming and helpful. What a wonderful and kind person. She makes the world brighter for sure! Thank you Susan and I hope you have a wonderful Christmas!

CVS Homewood on Independence Blvd/Montgomery Hwy is a vey convenient location for me
and the staff is helpful. Today, I pre-ordered and received an email within a few minutes that
it was ready and upon arrival, the order had been completed properly and was ready to go.
I picked up a few more items and the clerk was helpful and cordial as I checked out just like
she had been when I first arrived to check on my order.

The staff is always so helpful! Cassie is the best pharmacist, always helpful. Susan introduced me to Care Pass saving me money with each purchase. Amanda is so helpful, especially helping me print pictures. And, of course, the Manager, Maddie, is ALWAYS there to help. Today I asked her if she had a cot in the best because she is always there. Maddie has superb work ethics and always has time to ask if I need help. Yes I know all of the employees in CVS because they are like my second family! They take such good care of me and my family.

I see a lot of negative reviews here and just can't imagine why. Keeping in perspective that the employees of the pharmacy like to make sure they leave on time, they have always handled all of my prescriptions 10 x faster than any other pharmacy I've used in the past. Most of the time, I can drop off a scrip and it's filled by the time I've picked up dinner from Piggly Wiggly.

Always a great experience. Never crowded and the associates are helpful.

Cvs in Roebuck or CENTERPOINT I dropped off my script an she said come back in 2 hours an I came back and nothing but for her to tell me they didn’t have enough to fill my prescription, then I be if Roebuck didn’t do the same thing . CVS need help an it’s a large chain of pharmacies but there services an altitudes are terrible. And I must say Montclair are great they just service is terrible the wait time . I even agree with Clairmont CVS they are slow but altitudes are Great. Another dissatisfied customer

Horrible attitudes. Was next in line, they ask me to move down to place where no one was helping because my Gold Star needed extra work. . They then continued to take people that were behind me in line. After 5 mins I complained, I was ignored. I went I back to my ‘place’ that I was ‘assigned’ to. After 3 mins a woman came finished my transaction.

I bought a $2 bottle of water there yesterday and was only given correct change for a $5 when I paid with a $20. I had my mind on other things so wasn't fully paying attention but I did say, "I'm sorry I don't have anything smaller." I would not have said that when paying with a $5 bill. The cashier who I later found out is a shift manager asserted that I had paid with a $5. I even left the store and went back in to ask her again recalling my comment about the size of the bill I was giving her. Expensive lesson to watch the cash you give.

I hope to never need to stop here again. After leaving the ER, I hobbled to the pharmacy and met Cassie who has the worst attitude ever! She informed me they closed at 8 which was 17 minutes away and that she would not fill all my prescriptions. She made me pick the one I needed for the night. Then told me don't stray far, because they close at 8. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
