The guy who works the drive through early in the mornings most days is legendary. Super positive and friendly. Makes my day

I had a great experience at this location! The manager Marcus was so professional and kind and Jamichael (spelling might be wrong) made my drink to perfection. I love extra caramel in my frozen iced coffee and he did not disappoint! My breakfast sandwich was packed with bacon and was nice and hot. This has been my favorite trip to a Dunkin so far. It was a great start to my Sunday!

The sandwich we got was perfect! Every time I get this sandwich at a different dunkin, something is always wrong. Today, both my daughter and I got the sweet pepper bacon sandwich and it was like a drunk person getting the food they were craving! Lol. They were perfect, thank you!!

Kudos to the young lady that took my order today!!! She was patient, and make my frozen coffee excellent!! So excellent, I had to leave her a tip! It's usually young men that take the order and make my coffee, and they do fairly okay, but today it was perfect!! Thank you so much and you all keep up the good work!!! 😊

Ordered through DoorDash for delivery to children’s hospital, half of the order was not delivered. I called the store, the amazingly wonderful guy that answered the phone offered to bring our order to us. He did NOT have to do that! I only found out he was the manager when he delivered it. What AMAZING customer service! Definitely will recommend their store. THANK YOU SO MUCH for making my daughter’s days !!

Pretty sure this crew saved our lives this morning! Needing coffee in the worst kinda way we definitely chose the right DD to stop at. These are the sweetest most professional crew (even when we had them cracking up laughing) and they went over and above for my delirious bunch. Thank you for everything!!! Now we’re ready for the rest of our drive today!

The donuts were fresh, the coffee and bacon were hot, and the customer service was with a big smile. I definitely recommend this location.

Food is always good. People are always nice. The manager Joseph is a cool guy. The only problem I have, which is with all Dunkins and not just this one, is I feel like they eyeball their drinks instead of actually measuring so whenever I go to a DD, my drink almost always taste different than the last time I had DD. I think that is one thing DD should work on company wide, otherwise everything is great!

Go to place for quick donuts! Very convenient for where we live. My only challenge is that sometimes the parking can be difficult due to sharing parking with the gas station. I have always had good service and never had any problems.

I am a big fan of Dunkin's frozen coffee and that is what I purchased as well as a cranberry apple drink for my sister. Both drinks were delicious and the customer service was excellent. The window clerk was very friendly.

Great and prompt service at this location! Easy to mobile order and pick up upon arrival. Fresh donuts usually until afternoon, when they are still available but not necessarily as fresh. Order was accurate to boot!

This will be the only Dunkin i go to in Birmingham the Mgr Man was there by hisself he fixed all my stuff Fresh.i went to the one downtown every time its a different excuse.will drive to this store all the time from now on.

I went to this location for the first time for the T-Mobile Tuesday's reward. My whole family was able to get their reward and it was not crowded. I have not been in a Dunkin Donuts in a long time and the employee that assisted us with the donuts or coffee to choose was very helpful. The location is nice and clean and it is conveniently located next to the Shell gas station. So if you need to get gas and grab an iced sweet treat this Dunkin Donuts has a great location. It is near the Macy's and shopping center not far away as well as the Highway 280 is right up the road for easy access. I had the chocolate cake donut which was fabulous along with the cold brew coffee with brown sugar, it was so so.
Good friendly staff with Speedy service. They do have a drive-thru as well

Love Dunkin Donuts this one is connected to gas station. So it's easy to pop over for an iced coffee and my favorite Lemon filled donut. Staff are very helpful and seem to enjoy their job.

I went to the drive-thru. The lady was very nice, I wish they had the Donut menu at the drive-thru. But she was still very patient with me. In the gentleman who handed me my Donuts, which I remember from a previous visit, was very pleasant

I looooove their donuts and coffee and bfast items, although it's expensive, this particular DD has their lobby open so you can see what donuts they have to choose from.

Coffee was terrific and both of our breakfast sandwiches were fresh and delicious. Staff was also very pleasant and the store was spotless. Highly recommend.

I love the munchkins or minis I don't know what they're called the cinnamon sugar are so good if you just pop them in the microwave for about 15 seconds they're nice and warm and fluffy.

The service is fast. The employees are always very friendly. The drinks and food are great. They're made when ordered.
