Great Lakes Ace

When I ordered my paint supplies from Ace ,I thought that I asked for it to be sent to the centerline ace hardware. Instead it went to the nine mile ace hardware. The three young sales associates there was phenomenal. I needed to purchase some additional supplies and they were very helpful in helping me to make my selections. A special shout out to Travis who brought my supplies to me, helped me select the primer and then put everything in the car for me.

They have helpful staff. Everyone is friendly. The store is well stocked.
Its in a mini mall but there is plenty of parking. Handicapped spots also.

You can't go wrong WITH Great Lakes Ace Hardware... Ever... They have almost anything and about any you want from yard work to small home improvement project supplies. To soap for cleaning up afterwards to supplies for your smoker or grill. They are amazing!

Nice place to run in and grab some things. A drive thru ATM nearby is very convenient. This location has some very cute landscaping items especially lawn decor.

Love this place! Been coming here since I've been 17, now 24 and still haven't had a bad experience. The staff are extremely helpful and know their stuff! I will come here well before I would a bigger hardware establishment.

Great hardware store! Lots of parking and store is well stocked and clean.

The manager is most kind and helpful everytime I enter the store she is glad to help me locate items or answer questions I have even if she is helping other customers. She will physically walk you to where the items you need to find are if she is not extremely busy. Love this ACE.

I like to go to this local Ace because I get treated better than the big stores. I get to see the same people when I visit. They almost always have what I need.

Great people at a great hardware store! Dave was very helpful and helped me find EXACTLY what I needed in one trip to finish my project! A simple set screw, which would normally be impossible for me to find, Was located in seconds!

You can always count on someone to help you find what you're looking for. There is a gentleman there that will help carry bags of soil or anything else that might be a little on the heavy out to your vehicle. I bought a beautiful hanging basket of superbells this summer and it has been by far the most healthiest hanging basket I ever purchased. That plant thrived from spring until fall 🍃

The store is also very clean and well organized (they are going through some remodeling at the moment) but it is not interfering with their business as usual ⭐

Ordered a replacement remote start key fob and it took a week to come. The associate called to say it came in and set up a time for me to come in and have it programmed to my car. The worker was very friendly. He made me feel like I been knowing him for a while. This was the Roseville, Michigan store located on Gratiot.
