Roger helped me out in buying a new couch and bed frame! Fast, friendly, and welcoming service! Definitely going to come here for future purchases!

It was a wonderful experience! Did NOT get approached at the door. Was allowed to walk in and look without sales people being on the attack. We felt with Lydia and she was very pleasant and easy to deal with. Very personable without being overly pushy and all up in my face trying to up sell me.

Visited Ashley Home Store for the first time just to look at beds. We were greeted by Jay and he showed us a number of bed and mattress options. Jay was extremely knowledgeable. He found us the perfect mattress and bed based on our needs and sleep types. Very enjoyable time and Jay was able to get us a great deal for the best bedding for our needs.

Jay was a very friendly, knowledgeable and patient sales person. He didn't stalk us in the store or act aggressive. He listened and gave great information and suggestions on the items I was looking for. All of this was after I called the store 3 times trying to find a product in stock. I highly recommend this young man.

I went to Ashley Homestore during the president's day sales. I worked with a new employee, John, and he was helpful in assisting me with the purchase of two chests of drawers. He really emphasized the value of what I was purchasing and made sure I knew who to contact if I had any questions. John was assisted by a fellow employee, Mark, to complete my transaction. It was nice to see a teaching moment with consistent question, explanation, and feedback, as they answered all of my questions and completed my transaction. My items will be delivered to my home, so despite not having seen them yet, I feel confident that the employees at the Madison Heights store would be willing to help if I need it.

Highly recommend Ashley Furniture Store! Had a great experience working with my salesperson Erik Wise! He made sure to greet me but wasn't overbearing (like some other furniture stores where you feel uncomfortable right when you walk in). Erik was very knowledgeable, professional, kind & super patient when I was trying to make decisions. Great customer service is hard to find & I will definitely shop at Ashley again because of the wonderful service. Prices are great too!

I called prior to coming. When I got there they welcomed me, and directed me to the item that I was there to see.
It was a great buying experience. I purchased several items!!

Delivery scheduling was not organized very well Kept receiving different delivery dates—only complaint. Other than that—happy with our purchase!!! Pleased with my salesperson Trey!! Pleased with the delivery men—loved the shared ETA feature!! Both delivery men were kind and efficient!! I definitely will purchase from this store again!!

I was greeted shortly after I entered the store. Omari was absolutely wonderful. He asked me what I was looking for and showed me exactly what I was interested in. If I didn't like something we moved on to the next choice. No pressure or trying to talk me into something. We ended up looking at mattresses because of something I mentioned. Needless to say I bought the new mattress and couch. I was also impressed with the team work of coworkers if he needed assistance with codes ext. It was a great experience and I enjoyed shopping without pressure. Omari provides great customer service with a smile.

Evan was amazing to work with! Truly recommend him. He is a great asset to the store. Was patient and understanding. Allowed me to pick the bedroom set the way i wanted to. He even caught there was a mistake on the paperwork so we saved even more money!!

We had a great experience with AJ. He was calm, knowledgeable and patient. He offered alternatives when we felt a price didn’t work for our budget. He also was not a pushy salesman and advised us of all of our protection options.

My husband and I enjoyed our time at Ashley.

Brisa was amazing !! she really helped us finding the right smart bed and was very patient during the whole process. I highly recommend her for any furniture purchase.

We needed a small sectional and has shopped everywhere with zero luck. I stopped in here earlier in the week and found a couple that would fit, but I was not very excited about the choices (nobody helped me until I asked for a tape measure) upon returning with my husband, Erik greeted us immediately and was very friendly. He could tell I was not all that happy with my choices so he offers an excellent suggestion! We are very excited to get our new sectional delivered next week!

A very good experience. Staff -Tray - and manager were helpful , friendly and professional without being aggressive. Great selection of furniture with reasonable prices . Went into look and ended up buying. Will return when looking for any furniture in the future. Recommend to all to look and compare with other places.

Raymond at the Madison Heights store gave excellent customer service. The store didn't have what I wanted but he directed me to the Ashley website sat with me until I found exactly what I wanted. I ordered it and it was FREE SHIPPING as well. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this store and ask for Raymond!!!.

We came to your store strictly to look around and get an idea of what you had. We had zero intention of purchasing a new bed.
We left with a King Temper-Pedic and base ($6,000). We received excellent service through education, patience, advice, listening and at times, giving us some space, from both Erik Wise and your manager Sharon.
They were both excellent.

Went to Ashley Homestore in Madison Heights, MI had a wonderful shopping experience. The store was very clean and welcoming and can’t say enough about how helpful Tredal our sales associate was. Highly recommend this store.
