The store has seen a Huge turn around since Fani and staff have taken over, Ease of shopping has improved substantially, the store is well organized and looks amazing, the wait times in check out have gotten better and the staff are very helpful.

I love shopping here Ive gotten many t-shirts and pants and lots of other stuff the staff and pretty awesome. If your looking for cheap clothes that are in good condition and great quality then this is the place to go to...

I just dropped by this branch to return some items that i bought from the Great Lakes branch weeks ago. I was surprised by the welcome greeter guy staff at the door who was very helpful and friendly. He is doing his job very well. Even the cashier who received my returns was also very nice and pleasant. Will shop in this branch next time.

TIARA AND ANGEL WERE AWESOME. ENERGETIC AND UPBEAT AND TIARA WAS VERY HELPFUL. I HAD A SPECIAL NEEDS FRIEND WITH ME AND SHE WAS VERY PATIENT AND UNDERSTANDING. .
I FILLED OUT THE SURVEY LIKE SHE ASKED AND THEY WERE THE ONLY REASON I DID IT. THEY DESERVE A RAISE AND SHOULD BE CONSULTED WHEN CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING IS GIVEN.

Love Burlington and it doesn't even matter which location as they're always respectful and the culture is amazing as you can feel it upon entering but yesterday I had a weird interaction with one of their loss prevention officers who followed me around the store.

I ended up embarrassing him and making him feel really bad and I am not that kind of guy but this is just another systemic abuser that uses their position of power or their job to manipulate and make people's lives difficult and maybe the most subtle way or maybe illegal way but their agenda is to make things difficult but that being said this is more American cultural approach or capitalism as opposed to an issue with Burlington so I will definitely be back and of course I will mess with their losa prevention people again : )

Fahima is a great and professional customer service representative. She is very polite and friendly, also very respectable. She helped me out greatly in finding what I needed. I used to avoid going into Burlington, I even closed my card because of the dreadfully long waiting lines at checkout, but today I have never seen a Burlington line move so fast until I got to check out.

I noticed a young lady upon entering the store on the floor... just all over the place, cleaning up, talking to employees etc.

I got to the check out and had a question about product I was purchasing.

I learned that the young lady who was all over the place was the manager her name is Vicky. Other Burlington's if you want to learn how to manage your store efficiently, you can learn so much from Vicky's managing style.

She even took the time to explain store policy with me when the store although was jammed! I really don't see how she was able to do what she was doing...

Systematically arrange place and good place to by clothes

I had the best experience with kaytlyn when I came in looking for some baby girl stuff. She cashed me out and was so patient with me and my cart full of stuff (smh lol) she helped me stay within my budget and had great customer service 10/10 SHE DESERVES A RAISE!!

I like Burlington Coat Factory because it has reasonable clothes they're not really pricey and they're not really low they just in between it's a nice place to buy stuff at for you and the kids and also your husband or boyfriend

Let me tell you, it was hard not to spend all my money today. Go in there but be ready to shop. I can't wait until I can do it again. I love Burlington!

Burlington is a large store with an Accessible entrance; nice, clean restrooms in front of store. Wide, bright aisles make maneuvering shopping carts a breeze. Great selection of clothing for women, juniors, children, and men. Large selection of slippers, decent selection of shoes; lamps, some furniture; knitwear gift sets, handbags, scarves and other accessories; pet toys and beds, linens ,candles, fragrances, and a terrific selection of coats.
