I called autozone this morning because I needed a battery. They were very helpful and nice. Eric S. assisted me in getting a battery for my car and installing it. He did a great job and was very nice and professional. If you have any auto needs stop by to see them they are great.

Naomi F. was amazing at helping me for everything that I needed for my car. She was very kind, professional, and waited for any other questions I had. Truly a wonderful person to have helped me with my car needs.

Recieved excellent service from Keith while I was shopping at your store last week. He was polite, patient and very helpful in resolving my problem. A real asset to your company.

Eric was fabulous! I have a bad back, and he screwed in my license plate frame for me. Also, one of my bumper reflectors had fallen out; he and his coworker looked for a replacement, but not having it, recommended a reflector tape which Eric put on for me. Also, both were very friendly, knowledgeable, and informative - now that's customer service!

Friendly staff. They found the correct wiper blades for both the front and rear of my vehicle and even offered to install.

Mr. Wilbert was very helpful and professional. I came in to get a new battery and helped me find the right one and he also put it in for me. He deserves a raise or a bonus! I will definitely be coming back in the future. Marta

Wilburt helped me so so much on the items I needed and he even put freon in my air conditioner and also added anti freeze he was so pleasant and such a nice guy I would definitely recommend this AutoZone to everyone!

Alicia helped me and she was really amazing took her time out to help me check my oil and find what was needed. She was very educated on everything. And in the past I have had people that really didn’t know too much but she was great

Very nice people here. They helped me so much with my car troubles. The older Black gentleman at the location on Hickory Hills and one big fella at Chicago Ridge location both were wonderful.

I went in to get new windshield wipers and the staff was very awesome and helped me find what I needed. They also kindly installed the new windshield wipers and made sure they worked fine before I drove away. The service here is phenomenal and I will be coming back for all my car needs!

Came in to get a bulb for my headlight and hopefully have it replaced. There were two people who assisted me and went above and beyond in customer service. I ended up needing 2 bulbs replaced and the installation was a little tricky. However both were replaced. Wonderful friendly service. Would definitely recommend.

The guy who helped me was named Wilbur and he did the most for me for real. He went above and beyond to help jump my car and replace the battery and he was the best dude ever. This will definitely be my go to car store.

Autozone store # 2545 Hickory Hills IL. This evening at 8 pm I had stopped by to get my battery checked and to find out it was bad. Andrew and Jesus had not only told me what was wrong they offered to helped me out by changing my battery. Thank you guys for the help and quick service in this cold weather. They got me back on the road in 20 minutes.

I've been to other chains but this is always a friendly helpful store.Everytime ! The store always has knowledgeable staff that ask if they don't know rather than tossing out wrong directions.Always clean and we'll stocked.. The current manager really defines management as he is always asking if you need help and looking it up on the computer even if you are " just looking"

I needed a new battery for my volkswagen jetta. They got to work quick and found the battery. The older black gentlemen who appeared to be the manager installed it for free. I was so appreciative, I gave a $5 tip. Highly recommended.

The young man that helped me Friday evening was super friendly. He even put my windshield wiper on for me. I hate I didn’t get his name. He was awesome.

I had taken my Impala to the Chevrolet dealership for an oil change and to have the battery changed in my key fob. Hours later, they had finally finished the oil change, but STILL had not fixed the remote!

So I took my remote start key fob to AutoZone. The gentlemen there were courteous and helpful. When they were unsure how to access the battery, they quickly looked it up on YouTube and installed the battery for me.

I thank them for their customer service.
