Always love a trip here! From the friendly and knowledgeable staff to all the trinkets and doo-dads they have to create nifty things. Just wish it wasn't as pricey sometimes.

It would be hard for me to believe that anyone who luvs any type of crafts or has some idea of something they have got it in their head to make...has not made a trip to Michaels...they pretty much have everything...along with many items they sell...baskets...and stuff related to the seasons going on...and so many items...wonderful items they have...that is half of the fun going there...for u just never know....haha...
On my latest trip there I was looking for sales on Christmas items...after Christmas...to pick up some stuff I could use for the next big holiday...and of course I got wonderfully sidetracked...by all the other stuff I saw....a beautiful set of lites...indoor ones...and again...some great baskets...and deals going on for stuff for the kids...and many aisles and aisles of almost everything u could imagine with ur creative craft mind...and beautifiul items to use in ur home for the upcoming spring and summer months too...like I said...so many many items....
And all of the very friendly and helpful employees creates such a fantastic shopping excursion to this great place I have been going to for many many years.....
They r in a very convenient spot at the mall area...where u can just walk right in...and if u go at nite...like I did...do not be discouraged if u do not see their big Michael's sign.lit up...for trust me....they r definitely there...hope all of u have as much fun as I always do when I go there....much luv....k

I took a print in to Michaels to be framed and Liz C did an amazing job!!!. Thank you all who assisted with the process. My print looks like the real deal in this frame.

Really organized, cool little decorations and a dude in a bag with wide eyes.

I make jewelry and Michaels has what I need. You have to buy when they have sales to get more of what you want.

The supplies I bought were high quality, very reasonably priced, and was ready for curbside pickup almost immediately! The employee that helped me was also super friendly. Overall another great experience here :)

This store is always very nicely stocked. I love the fact that it's part of the mall, but there is no mall entrance because it's never overcrowded. The employees have always been really nice and helpful.

Large selection of arts crafts and frames. We needed a 9x12 and they had it.

Was able to find what I need. By looking up online at work first to see if have what my daughter needed for a school project. When u look it up online it's very informative. It will yell you if available at store or online or out of stock all together. If they have it at store it'll tell you what isle it is in. That is a wonderful idea for a busy mom who works full time. So I can run in get what I need and get home to take care of the important things like my family and fur family. ❤

Got a great teacher planner for the school year. And there was a bunch of very cute summer stuff that was 70% off.

I will most definitely be returning to this store real soon thanks to Vickie and Linda who are both very professional and helpful. They were both patient with me on June 11, 2021 in ensuring that I had the very best picture frame for my diploma. They both went above and beyond. God Bless These Women

Gone here quite a few times and never gad any issues. Pricing sometimes seems a but high for things but then you bring them to the counter to check out to be pleasantly surprised that it's actually on sale. However that being that way could lose money to. You see something you like but way higher than you'd like to pay you don't get it usually, least I don't lol. Customer service I've gotten very gas always been good when you can find someone. They don't have many staff working at once here, can't blame them though

I brought my late father’s military medals to be mounted in a shadow box to the custom framing department of Michaels in Chicago Ridge. Jenine ( not sure of the spelling) helped me pick out the right framing and backing. Not only was it done early and in time for Christmas, it is done beautifully!!! She did such a wonderful job. Truly gave justice to these precious articles. Thank you Jenine and everyone at Michaels for such a beautiful gift to pass on for generations.
