I was shopping around for this front loader to replace what I have at home. So I definitely got a good deal here. Everywhere else I was going , I would find them for $800 and up. Reg price in the $1000. Check out was super easy.

At first, my experience here wasn't great. I felt ignored by the entire staff until Sebastian showed up. He was super helpful and patient! He answered every question I had with a smile. Great customer service should be rewarded. He is great at his job!!

It was nice seeing the re-imaged Best it. I like what the company is doing by shifting operational focus to online order fulfillment. Pleasantly surprised, I was also intrigued with the company decision to add a designated section of the store for e+bikes.

There is still some work being done on the outside. Hopefully we see some Fast Charge EV Stations installed.

Got my curbside pickup pretty quick an easy. It was about 1pm on a Thursday. The woman who brought my items to the car was very courteous and personable. She even offered to take my batteries to help me recycle them. Thanks for the help 👍

Got a back up Battery with surge protection. Hands down, great investment, if the lights randomly go out.

Great customer service. The store has just been remodeled, so everything is easy to find. I was looking for some audio equipment for my pc, and they were able to navigate me through the technical mumbo-jumbo with ease. Great customer experience.

One of my favorite places, the staff is very professional and polite. I asked for help and I got it. They are all fast and work as a team. Plus they have the patience of explaining to you in details in the way of recommending you the product that best fits your needs.

It's still getting renovated, but it's starting to look great. Layout is nice and easy to navigate, with the legos being upfront. Can't wait for it to be finished.

You may get good deals sometimes. But it was from an open box or a damage piece. A two week return policy is there if your appliance doesn't work well.

This is still a great store. You can find pretty much anything you need.

Helpful folks who will try to get you the equipment you need at a decent price.

I went last week because I was having a problem with my phone I was waiting for some assistance at the phone booth they were pretty busy and then I approached to a young men named Alex Gonzalez he was wearing a black shirt with a geek logo I asked if he can help me fixing my phone right away he said yes with a big smile and a positive attitude he asked me what was wrong I told him he tried a few things and later I was having my phone back like nothing happened I just wanted to said thank you, thank you Alex keep up the good work

Purchased a washer and dryer from Best Buy in Burbank. I was impressed with how quickly a delivery date was set after placing my order at the store.
The delivery persons came in the designated time window and promptly removed the old washer/dryer combo and installed the new ones. Both young men were professional with such positive attitudes and great energy! Would definitely recommend this location!

Was looking for some wfh headsets ,they had plenty of options found a logitech headset that I'm very pleased with
