Menards has all the necessary things we need as always. Lots of people really love shopping here because of the quality of the items. Everything they have is great, such as tools, lumber, tiles, fences, paints, lawn care, wood, and others. This place also offers some groceries, health and beauty products, etc. Menards always had the exact items you needed. Such a helpful and amazing store. Their employees are helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. All of them really know how to talk to customers in a very professional way. They are also willing to guide the customers around the place. Such great customer service! Absolutely love Menards!
Great place to shop, purchase bulky items, and also a place where you can find some hard-to-find things here in this area. Everything has good and fair pricing. Buying multiple items at this place won’t break your pockets because here at Menards, items are very affordable and fair.

I've never seen a Menards with two easily accessible floors. And a cart escalator. Must see tourist attraction for the Midwest.

Went in a few weeks ago to buy an outdoor shed. We brought our pickup truck, but the shed didn't fit. The manager from that department suggested that instead of paying over 100 for shipping, to rent one of their trucks for about 20.00. What a great idea! We would've paid for the delivery if not for his suggestion. Under an hour and we had it home and the truck back at the store for just a fraction of the cost. Great people at this store! Have always been happy with anything we've bought there!

I always go to this maynard, and I have drawn my attention. This man always helps me, and he is smiling, and he is not bothered by always asking for help.

I was in the market looking for a washer and dryer. While I was looking, I was approached by a salesperson named Tom who answered all my questions. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I wanted to know the difference between an agitator and no agitator and he explained it in depth to help me make my decision on what I want to purchase. Very helpful young man!

Always a good time. I always say they always have random stuff no one ever buys.. Well today I needed several of those random products!!. Great garden selection, actually great selection on just about everything.. a lot of room to shop always clean and neat. Plenty of employees that are helpful and never any checkout lines to wait in.

I was looking for a connector hose for a leaky toilet so yeah a little lost but found the plumbing department on 2nd floor.
Also more drain openers.
I unclogged the drains at the school I work at but plumbers messed that up.

I needed a battery for my garage door opener. The customer service was excellent. I opened the clicker but didn't see where the battery was. The guy informed me I had to open it all the way and there was the battery. He took it out for me told me the type of battery I needed and directed me to aisle 2 where the batteries are located. Everyone I came in contact with was friendly and helpful. I wish I could remember all their names. Just know that I am a grateful, appreciative and satisfied customer.

Absolutely love this Menards! I always get my paint supplies for my business and home needs from here. They always have great stock and everything is such good pricing! You can't beat it. Every employee that I have asked for help or have come in contact with has always been very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Check out is fast & easy.

Everyone was pleasant and helpful one store had sold out of the item I was looking for,they looked it up found another store that had it. I went there they were pleasant helpful. I got my item got assistance with my item to the car and I was on my way. No complaints cashier also reminded me to get my rebate slip.

They almost always have what I need but today I went looking for 2 bolts. The 10m x 1.0 I found but the 8m x 1.0 they didn't. Did I mention I was looking for stainless with the small one needing a rounded hex hole top. I'll check on line but it's probably going to be a specialty item I'll have to have made.

My father has been going here for years to get materials needed. The only main issue is that out in the yard, some materials were stacked on other things. We had to either wonder around to find a another stack uncovered, or move the other stuff off. Otherwise, fantastic one stop shop.

The pick up and shipping services is so amazing. I bought a kit of 12x12 pergola but didnt fit the cemented part of our backyard, husband was pessimistic about adjustments so i had to return it. Went to the help desk in bridgeview and told them my story, they said they normally dont pick up stuff for return to store from home but they said maybe i can go and speak to the pick up and shipping dept and see what they can do. So they led me to that dept. Spoke to the guy and he made life so easy for me. He took my receipt and scheduled me for pick up. That was three days ago and today the stuff were picked up via forklift without sweat. So amazing!There was a fee but not bad at all ☺

I was very worried about coming to the store during COVID-19 because I wasn’t sure how crazy it would be. Everything was very organized! I did have some problems finding some essential items but a very helpful worker Gen pointed me in the right direction. Overall a great experience getting some shopping done during this crazy time :)
