Great smoke shop! Has everything I need all the time and never fails to have great deals. I would definitely recommend this location over the “Wild West Tobacco” across the street due to the better selection and customer service. 10/10.

Bought a rolling machine yesterday. Was broken out of the box. Tried exchanging it an hour later just to be told all sales are final even though it says that nowhere in the store. The counter person then said it says it on the receipt that you don't receive until after you pay. Completely dishonest and I will never shop there again. Was also overcharged $3 on my item. Marked $16.99 and was charged $19.99 for a broken swift cigarette rolling machine.* update* talked to a regional manager and she was great. They are going to take care of the problem to my satisfaction.

I'm upping it by one star simply because they cared enough to notice it could be better. Step one. NEVER, EVER ask a customer if they "want" their change. That's just a skeevy means of social engineering to pocket my money. Leaves a very bad taste in my mouth. I bought a pack of cigarettes, you turned around and handed me one. That is your job. It is NOT a tip-worthy action. You are not going above and beyond. Perhaps a return to the food services industry would serve that particular employee's purposes.

Excellent service. By far the cleanest and most professional looking of the Wild Bills. I didn't even know it was in the plaza all tucked away. Noticed an employee cleaning the windows and I stopped in.
The woman inside was very helpful and nice.
Just wish there was better signage or more open windows to help notice the place.
I was shocked when the employees said it was open for all this time.
I had never noticed.
Both were very helpful and kind. They answered a lot of questions while being funny and nice.

might wanna update ur signs they say 18 to enter. and yet if someone your with is 21 buying something for THEMSELVES you have to be 21 also. YOUR SIGNS AREN'T RIGHT! don’t advertise something you can’t even do. worst wild bills i’ve ever been too. don’t even have good wraps either. i recommend rise smoke shop to anyone looking!

Love the store and always can find the things I'm looking for. But they don't treat there employees well. Continues to bring in new people instead of promoting the ones who have been with the company. Corporate needs a revamp.
