BIGGBY COFFEE

I rarely ever stop and get coffee but today was just one of those days. I wanted something warm and sweet but didn't know what I wanted. On a whim I asked the young lady if she could make me her favorite warm and comforting beverage. She did not disappoint! She made a Spotted Owl hit coffee and I can say this will be my go to from now on.
To the young lady working the drive thru tonight, thankyou for being patient with me and for being so kind to a complete stranger!

Very friendly staff and very nice dinning are, music is good. Nice view having your coffee on a fall raining day.

The staff here is always amazing and friendly even when it looks like they should be overwhelmed! I get my drinks made a certain way and they always accommodate for me and go above and beyond! I will drive out of my way to go to this location before any other! Great crew here and great drinks!

Rockford Biggby location is one of the best. Friendly helpful staff, good drinks made to order, good atmosphere to meet up with a friend or do some work.

The butter bear latte was very hot and delicious!

I would like to thank Lily for her awesome customer service. I called about an order for coffee to bring to our child's school. She was able to give me options and assured me that the order would be ready on time today. Sure enough it was ready to go when we got there. Thank you Bigby Rockford, I am sure this time has been challenging but please know you are appreciated.

I have always had really polite and efficient service here. Whenever there have been wait times, the staff more than makes up for it with their positivity and knowledge of the menu. The location is convenient - the last stop before hitting the highway - so I know there can be busy times, but I don't remember any long wait times.

Wonderful staff, clean and fast. We stopped in on our way home from finally getting out of the hospital after my sons heart surgery. The staff gifted my son a mint chocolate drink after hearing about his ordeal. They were very supportive and kind. Thank you guys.

The Bigby’s in Rockford is the best!! The employees are friendly and efficient. They actually seem to like their job and each other which is hard to come by these days. The morning manager is fun and friendly.

Very friendly staff and quick-service made this stop very enjoyable. There wi-fi is also quick and sufficient for watching videos and completing school work. They have good quality products and I highly recommend the cinnamon spice as it is good even without sweetener.

Probably my favorite Biggby spot to date! This place is always very fast, friendly, and their drinks are on point. I have never had a bad experience here. I stop here about once a month on my way to work!

Usually a line, but never takes long. Orders always correct and made perfect. Not a quick in And out due to parking lot setup. Have WiFi for if you need a quiet place to work and have a drink.

Not a coffee fan but frozen hot chocolate is great and service is outstanding.

I stopped by to get coffee for a group. They said typically I need to give a days notice but they started brewing right away and I was able to get it anyway! Very friendly and helpful.

I love Biggby Coffee and I visited several of the locations here in West Michigan. This Biggby Coffee was no exception to the high-quality, friendly staff, and delicious drinks that I see at every Biggby. The manager here today was very nice. I was supposed to have a free birthday drink on my Biggby card but it didn't work for some reason. She gave me a free drink anyway. I thought that was very nice. Happy birthday me!

Please remember there is always 2 sides to a story. We do our best to accommodate and definitely do not want to deliberately inconvenience anyone. No one purposefully did anything to cause that situation and we are very sorry that it happened. It was an unfortunate misunderstanding between the employee and the Credit Card Company. The doors in our drive thru automatically shut when there isn't anything in the way of the laser, the door was not closed on purpose. If only we could go back to that day to not have had that happen at all...so sorry for that situation, and there is now a specific process to go through to avoid something like that if it happens again.
