Rockford C-Store

Part of Rockford that hasn't changed much. Friendly, fast service. If you're a regular customer they make the effort to remember your preferences.

Great place to get a little bit of everything. They keep prices close to other gas stations in the area. Only station downtown. Friendly people.

I love the staff. The store is always well stocked with the items I need. Wear a mask if you stop in. They ain't playing it.

Prices outrageous!!! I miss karly and her mama. They really watched out for the Rogue valley folks and were kind. New manager is a 1 for me. But I love the youngsters they have been hiring. Great kids! Kind and helpful!

I will never give this place my business again. My friend bought me a pack of Cheyene cigars. They were the wrong flavor. Tried to swap them out the next day for the correct one. They refused and said all sales are final. She was very rude.

Don’t waste your money at this gas station. They harass people with medical conditions and while doing so they break social distancing guidelines. Hypocrites!? Also, their parking is awful, just go up the street to another gas station.

I attempted to tap and pay with my card and the owner blocked the scanner with his hands and said "chip" when I told him it gave me to option to tap he took the scanner and put it behind the counter and put the item I was attempting to purchase back than he just stood there without saying anything or making any kind of eye contact.

Thought the bad reviews were over exaggerated about staff being rude but its not lol
