McDonald's

This is like the best McDonald's I've been to in ages! Most noticeably the cashier was smiling and friendly. The restaurant was clean and, best of all, the fries were actually crispy and cooked long enough!

The 2 Cheeseburger meal is the go-to for my wife and I to split a quick meal! Plus a 6 pc McNugget, with Sweet-n-Sour sauce, of course!

This was the Rockford location. It was nice to not be rushed at the drive thru. We got caramel frappes. This was a good pick on a hot day. It would have been nice if they wiped off the sticky carmel from outside of both cups though.

The staff was so great!!! I picked up a little snack and some ice cream and I had my 2 dogs in the car with me....the staff was so nice and they even made my dogs a couple pup cups!!!! Needless to say EVERYONE enjoyed their treats. Thank you again!!!

I go here all the time on my lunch. I have the app and they have awesome deals when you use it! I never write reviews, but I just had to say something about One of the Employees. His name is Kai. He is probably the sweetest and kindest I've met at McDonald's. He takes my order and I normally mess up at the time lol. But he just laughs with me and tells me I'm all good. When I get to the window I see he's doing about 10 things at once. Taking orders, communicating with staff, and still, he looks you in the Eyes, and is very kind. He makes me laugh and he's just very good at his job! I'd give him a 10 if I could! This kid deserves a raise, he does so much.
Keep up the awesome work you guys, we need more people like Kia.

Been to many McDonald's throughout the Grand Rapids Area. And without a doubt this one is the best. They never mess the orders up. You are never in the drive through line for more then 5 minutes. I use to work here as well the managers were always on top of everything so I saw why this McDonald's did so well.

They don't serve Rockford Brewing Company beer here, maybe they should! Just down the road if you want to check it out. Cheers!

We always get our entire order, so happy about that.

The only thing I can ever complain about is sometimes getting strawberries in my vanilla shakes because they don't bleed it in between, but they will make a new one when asked. They are generally pleasant people working there and they try to get your order out in a timely manner

Went through drive through. Food was fresh and hot good service.

I had just a large fry and my stomach felt terrible for the rest of the day and apparently my friends brother also had this on the same day also ordering from McDonald's so I think August 9th is McDonald's annual poison people day

Convenient location, just off 10 mile and Wolverine Hwy (old 131). We went thru the drive thru, and ordered our breakfast favs.
Always good, fast food, and this location is very fast... No waiting at all. The staff we interacted with were friendly and efficient.
Five stars for sure.

I had very friendly service. When the app was not working properly it was handled with expert care. My meal was free.

Newly remodeled, you can now go in and place your order on a kiosk and the staff will bring it out to you. They also have 2 traditional registers as well. I liked the new kiosk, very cool.

I mean, it's McDonald's, you know what you're getting food wise. I'll say that this McDonald's, in Rockford MI, has always given me good, polite, fast service, and the restaurant always seems clean, so that's what I'm basing the rating on.

BOGO offers every day on breakfast and lunch

This is the best McDonalds location I've ever been to. The service is so fast that they have my food out to my table in less than a minute. It's always made very well too.
