I LOVE this location. All of the staff are professional and courteous. They answer any questions I may have about a script or an item in the store. I'd like to give a BIG SHOUT OUT to Kayla!! She goes above and beyond to ensure customers are treated almost like ROYALTY! Also, she is no repecter of person because she TREATS EVERYONE this way!! I had to wait on an Uber after picking up my script and she made sure I had water to drink and that if I got too hot while waiting, to just come back in and cool off. I LOVE seeing young people with these qualities especially since I'M the senior citizen now!!! 🙏 🥰

The pending charges on your cards are not from this store. This store is just a front end store and cannot do anything on their level to fix it. It is from the distribution center since they’re in the same city. The distribution centers phone number is not out for the public. Just call 1800 Walgreens.

I am always pleased. I think it is very professional that the register staff greets customers when entering and thanks them when leaving the building. Bev in pharmacy is particularly attentive to my scripts and scheduled refills.

I have been to this Walgreens for years, I have never had any major issues at this pharmacy. I just recently moved back to Illinois and read negative reviews about this place. I honestly don't know what those people are talking about. I still go here, no problems. They might be a little busy, but just remember, you are not the only person in the world.

If you do have this issue the store employees are happy to give you the number of Walgreens distributors to try and rectify any issues.

I got my first Covid Vaccine here, and it was great experience. Called back later with questions and the pharmacist was so helpful and very kind. Get my second Covid Vaccination next week and she shared her experience and was quite comforting.

The fraud calls have nothing to do with this pharmacy or the store. Walgreens has a distribution center that’s also located in Edwardsville where the e-commerce location is. When a fraud charge happens it sends these calls to this store where they are redirected To 1-800 number. It’s unfortunate this store takes the hit for something that occurred online

Perfect walgreens, clean, and you get a lot more than one might expect from here. They have really stepped up their game with the basic household essentials. The photo service is also very quick with the one hour photo, definitely preferable to Walmart.

I find all staff very well trained and efficient, and helpful am there frequently since I live very close, no complaints ever.

This is the best Walgreens ever.

Nice staff

The lines can take forever depending on the pharmacist but the new pharmacist, a young woman with blonde hair, is fast and efficient. I like her a lot. The staff can be frazzled depending on what pharmacist is on staff, but they try their best. It is rough when they have to ask for “barcode” every other transaction, but I asked one of them, a young woman with green hair, and she said it was state law. She and I had a good chat while we waited for an older woman pharmacist to get to us, though.
It just depends on the pharmacist you get, but everyone is eager to help you, and if you have questions, ask them. I didn’t know why they kept asking for a “barcode” and then I asked and it turns out it isn’t something they can control at all.

It is a Walgreens. Most like others. Cosmetic lady was friendly and helpful.
