There was an error with my order on my first visit. I called and spoke with Melissa, and she made my return trip worth every bite. I'd add a picture, but I was hungry! Thank you!

They're fast and very accurate with special orders

I was very positive surprised after an older lady with an employee McDonald’s name tag came in to the store and stopped at every table asking if the customer is happy with their food and the the service! After she ordered some of the staff around I asked a worker about her status, if she is the Franchise owner or manager and she told me that she just works at the McDonald’s.
I was so shocked to have someone bother to care about the customer like this lady did in a franchise location, that I thought that has to be honorable mention! Every store owner should be great full to have an employee like that!
And it reminds me to work on myself to give customers or even just random people around me a better experience in life!
For me that lady is totally the worker of the month in the Franchise industry!
I hope I will get to meet more inspirational people like you.

This McDonald is in the St. Louis area...the first time I received a HOT breakfast and coffee, excellent service and not feel like I had to keep in eye in every direction while my family and I ate! The atmosphere was EXCELLENT!

It's as good as any McDonalds I've been to.

Sometimes I come though this area between midnight to 6 am. Tonight I came though right around 3 am. The lady that waited on me had the most energetic yet sincere and friendly voice Every time I come through if she is working I recognize that voice. Her name is Alex and they better do everything they can to keep her because managers like myself recognize great people and will try to recruit them. Thank you for the uplifting attitude and friendly service especially to us traveling the roads at 3 am. Keep up the great job Alex you will go far!!!

I used McDonald’s mobile app to placed an order, but somehow it went to the wrong location I was charged for it. McDonald’s employee here young guy offered to give me food anyway which he didn’t have to … Thank you

The food was good and hot. The service was nice. We started to dine in however someone came in with a very unruly child and we left. This is a trucks top so it can get very crowded quickly.

Great service and the inside was really nice!!

What an EXCELLENT experience. The lady, Sarah, taking our order was extremely pleasant, personable and had great customer service. We had no issues trying to use our mobile app, at this location, and it was very clean. When the staff was not busy, they were cleaning.
I would highly recommend this location on Hamel Dr.

The people working are always super super sweet, never mess up, and are fast. I really appreciate how nice the employees are, and how quick they always get me through.

Auntie something yell at the counter apologized not once but two or three times not being awake at 11:30 a.m.; so much so that she was shouting out interact ticket numbers for food orders. Granted it was Monday maybe the weekend was too strong

Correct orders just a bit too over occupied and in need of more staff split between indoor and drive thru orders. Its clear the pandemic hasnt been too kind to the service industry and they are trying as hard as they can and thats the correct thing to takeaway.

I go threw every morning. Everyone is so friendly. Especially Rachel the manager. She deserves a huge raise!! She goes to both ends of the world for people. Making sure all the food is fresh, and fast. Couldn’t have a better worker!!

I normally am weary of McDonald’s in truck stops/gas stations, but this is easily the best mcdonald’s i’ve ever been to. Fresh fries, great burgers/chicken sandwiches, great service!! I don’t ever review, but the next time i’m driving from texas - this is where I’m going to stop for lunch.

The old reliable. This one is almost always on the high end of what you'd expect from the chain. Had a wrong order today, but the manager made it right quickly. Everyone has mistakes; how you handle them shows your quality.

Good food and nice people. A clean lobby and great pandemic standards. Young man at the counter offered to wipe down a table because he just got there and didn't know if it had been wiped down by last person

The people at this store >Mc Donald's, Hamel illinois are some pretty good people. If I ever had any problems with anything that I ordered;They would always make it right...

They have the absolute best service I've experienced and I've worked for a few and they make the food absolutely perfect I'd travel over an hour just for these guys absolutely recommended
