Chinese Buffet

I love their foods too many times we went there it’s very good hot and ready , the foods are tasty and not to expensive

I work in this restaurant. There's absolutely no racism here. It was Sunday and the four guests came to the restaurant for dinner. Since lunchtime is a bit busy, there is an attendant at the front desk to help guide guests to their seats. Our waiter asked these four guests how many people in total? They also replied that there were only four people, so we gave them a table for four, but instead of sitting at our assigned seat, they sat at a table for eight reserved by another guest, and the waiter explained to them that the table had already been reserved by another guest. We also explained to the white guest who was sitting at a table for six, which was also the table the guest had reserved, for a total of 14 guests, and then the white guest sat at a small table nearby. There is absolutely no racism in this restaurant.

Its busy on Sunday with church letting out but the food was really fresh and hot.

This buffet is always a good experience. The food is usually fresh. There's plenty of tables and seating, so even when it's crowded it feels spacious. They do a great job of restocking food when it's running low. The crab rangoons and egg rolls are on point. There's also a nice selection of desserts, and of course don't forget to grab a fortune cookie before you leave!

Has gone down since it first opened waited for 10 minutes to be seated when there was hardly anyone there only plus was they still serve peanut butter chicken

This is my new favorite Chinese Buffet. They are BOMB. Everything is very good. The Crab Rangoons are DELICIOUS! You taste more of the cream cheese & the crab meat has a light taste. They are not too sweet which is perfect. They are stuffed with filling. The food bar was full of food nothing was left short of food or empty. Drinks are included so that was great. Nice atmosphere. I will definitely be back.

Food is always hot and filled , unlike some of the other buffets in alton that I won't name. Good prices here, too.

The building and setup had me really concerned when we pulled up. The space is older and not fancy or modern, but the food…always hot, fresh, and delicious. I’m not a huge fan of their desserts, but the rest of the food is so good, I never have room! The battered chicken, bourbon chicken, corn nuggets, and crab Rangoon are the best I’ve had. Employees are attentive and never let plates sit on the table. Don’t pass it up!

My wife and I have been coming here once or twice a month for as long as they have been in business. The food is always tasty, great selection, and as much as you want! The prices are very reasonable. It's always a buffet so you serve yourself. The environment is very clean and well-maintained.

So it's your typical Chinese buffet, it's got your fan favorites like crab Rangoon, lo mein, pot stickers, and for some reason pizza. It's pretty good as far as what's in the area. Yeah, you'll find better at your local take out, but as for buffets? You'll be hard pressed to find better in the area.

We had our Christmas party for my husband's side of the family today. The China Buffet food was hot, fresh and delicious! And used plates were takdn away almost as soon as we put them down! Great job!Thank you all the staff at China Buffet for making our time there very special! Merry Christmas to all!

We were greeted as we walked through the door. The food was good, the staff was very friendly the place was nice and clean

Had a really nice dinner service. Enjoyed the all the food and it came out hot and fresh. Servers were attentive and friendly. You pay first, then eat and leave. Nice atmosphere

Food was good except 1 thing I didn't like but it was new I never tried before..

They have a decent price that you pay up front and then you just get what you need/want.
The food is delicious and always hits the spot.

I loved everything I tried. But the egg drop soup has to be the best anywhere! I eat it whenever I go, but this was so good, I could've stayed all day. They have take out. Wish I had thought to take some with me, but if course, I just now thought of it.

It was pretty good not the best but they had really good rice and noodles. They have bad sushi but that is just one thing overall pretty good. However I didn't see icecream cones next to their machine. Made me raise an eyebrow but still good.

Excellent variety of Chinese & American food selections. Employees keep everything neat & clean.
