I feel this place has improved. The last time I was there it was good but it has been made right again. The servers are fantastic and really take care of you. This would not be possible if they still had the previous setup. Thank you for changing back to have servers. Food is always great.

Great atmosphere and friendly waitstaff. Restaurant is clean and beautiful. The southern fried chicken salad is scrumptious. The roast beef was ok but not much in flavor.The salad with steak medallions was top notch. Lunch was delicious and filling. The pies....oh the pies...I think I gained 20 lbs. Just viewing the display case of tantalizing treats! Definitely worth the stop

We live in Chicago and we found this place during a trip to my friends wedding. The hotel we were staying at was right next to this Restaurant and everyday we smelled the delicious food.

We decided to have lunch and it was a good decision. The food is good, Great place to eat, the fried chicken was delicious.

The pies are big and very tasty.

They have a buffet so the whole family can eat to their hearts content.

Recent visit: we tried the Lobster Mac-n-cheese and it was delicious.

The smashed potatoes with brown gravy are delicious.

Delicious food! The Southern Fried Chicken salad had some of the best chicken I've ever had! We also ordered the meatloaf and the pork macaroni and cheese both very tasty! I would highly highly reccomend trying the chicken if you get a chance to stop at this restaurant. It is a great find on a long trip!

OMG! The mac-n-cheese is amazing, and they have such huge portion sizes I ended up with lunch the next day. The Urban Farmhouse staff was also very friendly, and the service was amazing! Our drinks were refilled each time they were low and I was offered a to-go box with an extra sauce! Highly recommend trying this place out! They also have delicious pie in their case right when you walk in!

The best chicken strips I have ever had in my life! Totally handmade and dipped in fluffy waffle batter and fried. Very tender and juicy with the perfect crunch. Great service. 👍

Wow! Got the pulled pork & ribs special for $12. Never gotten so much food for so little money. Had their honey bourbon lemonade. That's was really good too. The food was old school country with no special stuff added. Green beans had bacon & corn had butter. Pork & ribs had bbq sauce. All of the food we had was really good. Only thing we didn't care for was the coleslaw. Other than that it was excellent! Only thing we didn't try was the cake or pie cuz we were too full. They looked outstanding though.

I had filet mignon salad with homemade ranch dressing. It costs $15.00, because it was a big salad and they give you big chunks of meat, if you order it M.R. It was so tender. I made 2 meals out of it. You also get homemade rolls with honey butter. Everything is homemade, and they have lots of deserts. Yummy.

Wait staff is awesome and very friendly. Chicken strips are the best I have ever eaten. I'm so sad out of my favorite chocolate cake. However, I will be back.

We had Oreo and peanut butter cheesecake. It. Was. Amazing! A large portion of Tator tots went with our double cheeseburgers 🍔 Great Service. Definitely going to stop here again.

This place is one of the best in Highland. The food is fantastic. I'd definitely recommend it if your new to the area and looking for good food.

I love the chicken. My grandson loves their chicken tenders. They have many luscious looking desserts but never had that. They have different drinks also. I've moved to another state and this will be one of the places I'll miss. A must if you are looking for great chicken.

This place was awesome. They offer delicious homestyle comfort food. We ordered the chicken salad and pulled pork sandwich. The food came out hot and rather quick. We will definitely visot again soon!

Visited for the first time. We were greeted right away by a very nice lady. We ordered the steakhouse salad and fried chicken plate, everything was delicious and had large portions. The food was seasoned beautifully and the steak was cooked to a perfect medium. We ordered slices of pecan pie and cheesecake to go, they were also just as good. 100% recommend checking out this wonderful restaurant.

Absolutely love coming here after church on Sundays. I really wish they had their breakfast buffet back, it was amazing. Everyone is very nice, the atmosphere is so welcoming, and the food is so yummy. My favorite is the meatloaf. You also can't forget about their delicious pies! Wish I could give 10 stars

The fried chicken was very juicy. The mashed potatoes were great. The mac and cheese was a little dry. Ate so much I had to take my dessert home.

I visited this restaurant for the first time in a few years and it was great! I had the chicken tenders, and the garlic ranch dipping sauce was so good that I took it home with my to go box. The mac and cheese was perfect as well and I had a glass bottled soda that I had been looking for. I wasn’t sure what to expect since it was my first time visiting since BC (before covid) but it was overall a good experience!

I’ll stop by just for dessert after dinner, the cheesecake is amazing as well as the carrot cake. Also a big fan of the nachos, fried green tomatoes, the meatloaf and the wings. Never disappoints. Thanks Urban Farmhouse for the delicious food and wonderful staff, I never feel rushed ordering here either. The staff is thorough and works through a rush very efficiently and calmly, I’ve seen them busting their butts with a line out the door and didn’t switch up their demeanors once. Love to see it. 🧡

If the farmhouse lifestyle is your cup of tea you will love the atmosphere. The food is better than most and price is a bit higher. We went for day off work meal and it was better than expected.
