After tightening the roof bolts, the rattling quit. After discovering the front windshield didn't come with the utv, I ordered one and it's a very nice windshield. Just more parts than I expected. Overall, the utv is a nice cart for the price paid.

Great experience buying and terrible since. It’s been 4 weeks since I ordered and have yet to receive and update. When i call for one the man on the phone is rude and talks to me like I’m stupid for asking “i understand it’s being assembled but what’s the average wait time”.

UPDATE-Gary called me and got everything squared away. He found a different color they had ready to go and jumped on getting it on a truck for me. I understand things happen, but the follow up def turned things around for me.

Great people to talk to my golf cart was ready when they said it would be I pick it up myself it was easy to find plus. A great coffee shop in the same building

OK, so bringing all those whom care about my interactions with this company, thank you for your undivided attention. For those who do not know, I purchased a super mighty max which was the last mini pocketbike available. I was charged
I over 700.00 dollars for this product and it arrived almost 1 month after purchase. When my purchase arrived it was not protected at all and was scatched completely around the whole bike. Not to mention had a flat rear tire, oil in the gas tank and holes in the metal frame . I was shocked and by me receiving this bike in the condition it was in, had lost a potential client. Now, not having the money to ship back to this company in Chicago, I've tried to contact and figure out what to do? I am a disabled veteran and don't have the money to ship it back and have been told several times to call back and now was told today to call in the morning around 9 or 10 am to speak with a man named Zack. He is the only one working Iin there parts department I'm told by Andrew. This does not surprise me after calling several times over the last 3 weeks. So what does a customer do when the company can care less about their clients order?? I would love nothing more than for this company to actually care about my situation !! In order that this issue actually be taken care of, this company would need to arrange for this purchase to be picked up in Anaheim and sent back to there company in Chicago and issue a full refund for the purchase. If they wanted to have future business with me and receive good reviews
to keepfuture clients then they at the very least, they should contact me!!

I worked with Molly to select the right UTV for me. When the one I wanted was not in stock, she provided recommendations based upon a similar make/model. Sine my initial selection was not available, she also provided discounts, and free accessories! So far so good. I will update after I receive my UTV.

I recently ordered the Renegade lifted 4 seater Golf Cart. I spoke with Phil prior to ordering it and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. I received my Golf Cart about 2 weeks later. (They quoted 2-4 weeks for delivery). The guy who delivered it helped me install my windshield. The Golf Cart rides very well. The PRICE is UNBEATABLE!! (This kind of Golf Cart is selling for triple the price in my area).I have gotten tons of complements from neighbors. I noticed after I paid for the Golf Cart that there were a lot of bad reviews online about this company. I had a very positive experience all the way around and I wanted to share this with others. I have given our their contact info to friends and families.

I don't get people who spend 5 - 6 thousand dollars on a dirt bike when they can have have just as much fun on a Chinese bike for $1300. Yes, it has a carburetor instead of fuel injection, and putting it together can be challenging without a parts list or clear written instructions, but at least you're saving money. My bike arrived in a matter of weeks and looked even nicer than the pictures. I would only say they need to update their Hawk 3, 250 enduro assembly video, which lacks some much needed details you will have to figure out on your own. A more detailed video narrated by a competent mechanic might help. In the current system, customers are forced to fill out work tickets to get questions answered. Response time is about a week, which make them basically worthless when you have a simple assembly question. Note: The sales guys can't answer tech questions, so don't bother asking. Aside from that, the bike is great and I'm satisfied overall with my purchase.

Just came across this site I was very impressed with the items and prices. Most of all they stated they are located in Illinois, USA and they actually are. So if you're like me They are a real company. I'm going to highly recommend to my friends

But first and for most, I'd like to congratulate my seller, Matthew!
He has been the best and supportive associate that has helped answer any questions, even if I felt like at times I was annoying him. He remained calm and helpful. I bought the Massimo Buck 250x with only a few situations. Because, the machines sit for alittle while things tend to get "stuck". For me for instance, was the fuel pump level float. But all in all, I want to say this company was definitely a must return and buy again customer/client for me.

My wife and I bombarded Craig with at least 100 questions in reference to the Coco Skyline Transport 6 seater LSV. He was informative, tolerant, patient, kind and professional. After two days of questioning and contemplating we pulled the trigger and purchased a beautiful red Shyline. Cannot wait for it to arrive. If it is half as nice as Craig, our family is in for a ton of fun!
