Fantastic looking store, amazing coffee and the friendliest service. Jessica is the best, always happy. Everyone takes care of me, and an iced coffee on a warm day hits the spot! Drive thru is open 24hrs.

I called the Dunkin’ Donuts on Haven last night to See if they had any DIY decorating donut kits. I know they had done it in the past for Halloween so I thought it would be fun for the kids to make Christmas donuts. I Wanted it to be a present from their elf on the shelf. I talked to an employee named Jesse. He was extremely helpful and went above and beyond. He asked me if I could call him back in a half an hour because he needed to call the manager and ask if he could make one for us. I called him back later and he said that he could make one for us, and that it would be ready in the morning. I went there today with my kids to pick it up and it made their morning! Thank you so much to Jesse and the Dunkin’ Donuts manager for making my kids day today!

I go to this Dunkin almost every day. The staff is always so friendly. (They have even learned my name at this point). 🤦
My order is always right and the coffee always tastes fresh and delicious.

I place mobile orders here weekly and I am never disappointed with this location. I can order 3 minutes before I arrive and my order is always ready when I arrive. Taste is always excellent. I’ll go out of my to pickup from this location.

They rectified my friend's order with grace like they could have had a bad attitude and they didn't and they even further redeemed themselves and gave us a complimentary drink because of our messed up order so that attention detail is nice. The workers at the job between 1245 and 115 are the ones I'm recognizing in this post.

One of the workers (not sure of her name but she had blue hair) made my morning! She was so kind and sweet! Such good service!

I come here every morning and my coffee is always perfect!

The female associate spoke very nicely and repeated my order like a perfect professional. I have here a pink velvet iced coffee. The presentation was great and the taste is delicious.

They are always friendly to my extremely talkative child. They never ignore his hellos and always wave when he waves. It's now become my son and i's once a week treat to get DD before school or summer camp.

I like there French vanilla iced coffee and there pumpkin spice lattes arnt bad. I missed their hot apple cider they always use to carry. There doughnuts are usually pretty soft but my go to would ethier be the avocado toast or a cheese and egg wake up wrap with hashbrowns. Their hashbrowns are always crispy on the outside but soft on the inside. Perfect to me but depends on your personal preference.

I was pleasantly surprised when I stopped and grabbed a coffee last night around 9 pm. The night shift was doing a great job of using gloves to take payment and separate gloves to hand me my coffee. Great response to this virus we are facing! This will be a dunkin I will support long after this is over!! Thank you for your commitment to doing what you can to stop the spread of this!

I just want to say to the employees working this morning did an excellent job during 7:30-8:30. A few customers are not as understanding when places are understaffed and these employees kept their professionalism and patience.

I just wanted to acknowledge the Manager at this location.(I believe his name is Mike but I'm not positive)I recently ran into a small problem at this location(which was no fault of anyone at dunkin). Mike proceeded to call me personally and rectified the problem to my satisfaction. He also apologized twice to me even though it wasn't necessary as it wasn't his fault or again nobody's fault at dunkin, just an unusual set of circumstances). I appreciated the apology even though it wasn't necessary, and appreciated his quick response to remedy my situation. He was a perfect example of how customer service used to be but unfortunately usually isnt anymore in this day in age. On a secondary note, I wanted to acknowledge and say thank you to the two young girls who were at the drive thru register last Friday afternoon the day I had an issue. Unfortunately I'm not good at names so I cant recall their names but they took my issue seriously, were very professional, and kind and nice and were working extremely hard as the place especially the drive thru was packed to the street. Lastly this store is run extremely well and is always my go to store for dunkin even though there are plenty to choose from. The simple reason is because of people like the manager there, the 2 girls I mentioned and I would be remiss if I didnt mention the owner as well for running such a great business. Thank you to all of you!

Fast service, TERRIBLE LOCATION. The drive through is always packed out into the street and the parking is always a pain to get into, let along trying to even get into the entrance. That being said, everything about the business section is 5*

They make the best drinks for my mother " cookies drink"...my mother recently had foot surgery...and can't drive so I go for her...always a friendly service..thanks guys.
