McDonald's

We had a bad McDonald’s roadtrip experience yesterday. Tried a different one today. Fully redeemed. Sausage, egg and cheese McMuffin was next level good, hot and quick!

My daughter turned 2 and I was hard pressed to find a place where she could have fun and just be a kid. I spoke with Ronda and she was so honest, available, helpful in getting the space prepared. All food was made to order as children arrived AWESOME NO COMPLIMENTS. My parents were happy. No problems at all! The party was so great the kids were jumping around and having a great time the WHOLE TIME! Ronda and ALL YOUR STAFF WERE SOOOOOO AWESOME! The cleaning crew were so nice. The host attendant was so pleasant and available she kept me on track which I so needed and appreciated. Trying to manage all the children and parents and music lol she saw me and just had the 10 happy meals ready to go and I so appreciated and needed the help. Please please please change nothing it was an amazing experience and my daughter enjoyed her party so much all of her guest said they really were surprised they could have so much fun at McDonald's. Ronda has a great location in New Lenox we traveled from Joliet, Chicago, Highland Park, Olympia Fields, and Hyped Park so there were many options for locations I could not be happier that we found New Lenox McDonalds on Maple! McDonald's food is horrible for you and everyone knows that...
That being said,
My Autistic son insists on it every day.
Since I have no choice but to bring him to avoid aggression and meltdowns,
I'm thankful for the thoughtfulness and kindness that I find at this McDonald's in Lockport by the Jewels Supermarket.
5 stars to them for making this daily pilgrimage tolerable.

Truly sets the standard for a “good” McDonald’s over the years and decades at this point. Current and previous crews have always been great

Playplace is super cool! My 7 year old son loved it! Food took a min but was fresh when they brought it!

The McDonald's in New Lenox on rt. 30 is my favorite. Like the play place and the seating. There is a table with comfortable arm chairs. Staff is always friendly.

Stopped here on the way home. Long car ride was a great place to stretch, eat and have kids burn off some energy. Staff was nice despite being busy.

This place is a great place to take you children! The play place is like no other I have seen! The have tables and a wall with touch lights. There is also a toddler area and a big kid area geared towards their ages. My daughter loves the touch piano and toddler slide! Also, a bonus to this McDonald's is they bring your food to you and help you get a highchair! That was unexpected and much appreciated! Finally, they have a bathroom located inside the playplace. If I could I would give this place 10 stars! Friendly staff from the cashiers to the help out on the floor! Best McDonald's ever!

Their closing crew is very fast and full of energy. Wish more employees shared the same enthusiasm as the lady that took my order tonight.

We all know McDonald's is horrible for us but sometimes we go anyways. Usually it ends up being a disappointment because of poor service and/or food preparation. Not this McDonald's. This was the best I'd had in a decade. Seriously.

Used to be bad about keeping to the open and closed times but now they’re great about it again. They close when they say they close. Back to being a great McDonald’s. Honestly one of the better ones. If I order food a certain way or if I order a bunch of items, I get exactly what I asked for. The late night crew is awesome and always very nice.

Service here has improved a great deal, very clean inside and the kids love the play place! Lots of new help here, so service has improved tremendously!

This McD's has really gotten awesome. The new play place is really fun and super clean. The staff are so nice and customer service is clearly something they get special training on. The orders are always correct and they will happily fix any issues. They also employ all sorts of amazing individuals, and I appreciate that.

Food fresh and delicious. I go there sometimes twice a day. My son is Autistic and love fries from McDonald's. We Love this McDonald's restaurant. The staff never argue with their customers ♥

This is one of the nicest McDonal's! The play area is awesome, they just redid it. There is plenty of seating in there too. It's very clean. They bring your food to the table at this one. There is have a kiosk where you can order your own food. I tried it that way, it was pretty easy to do. All and all it's a really nice updated McDonald's with tons of fun new features.

To my hometown McDonald's, Thank you so much for always making sure that I have all of my order and that it is hot!! All of you are doing a fantastic job over there!! Morning crew is Awesome!
Went through the drive-thru 7/27/2020 at 11:30 p.m. Night crew rocks!! I had a large order and I received everything that I ordered and all of it was hot!! Sidenote: It was given to me with polite words and smiles from both windows!! Bravo guys!

Best way to get out energy on a rainy day, send the kid to the playplace. Plus, for parents like me, you can even reach one of the pokemon go gyms from the Play place!
