I love this place so much! Jeff and Jess than run it are such amazing people. I don't live close by any more, but we still make the trip out because they're absolutely fantastic <3

Warning: long post ahead. I walked into the shop, Jess asked how I am and I told her I felt weird, dizzy and light headed. Like something attached itself to me. I said I’ve been hexed I think. She gets out a crystal that we later find out is good for removing attachments.
Jeff comes in and they offer me Reiki. I’m a Reiki master teacher as well. Jeff takes me back to their garage!
I get woozy just walking in there. Whatever it is doesn’t want me in there. Jeff starts Reiki and says: you don’t want to know what I see. I of course say yes I do. He describes an alien of sorts that is quite creepy. He moves it from my left to my right then eventually out my right foot. It waved as it left. Lots of other words were said to get it to leave, but suffice it to say, the feelings I went in with were totally gone and I knew the attachment was gone as well. I can’t begin to tell you how much I value and appreciate their gifts and talents!!!

I love this shop. Will literally travel from Wisconsin to support their business! I love the energy, the staff is amazing including the greeter dog Ruby lol Jeff and Mal are so kind and knowledgeable. Best shop I’ve been to.

I discovered High Ho Gems earlier this year and love coming here! Jeff, the owner, and Ruby, the super friendly yorkie mix greet you as soon as you walk in. Just a welcoming vibe from the start. My kids absolutely love Ruby first, then the "rocks" as they call them. I've recently been studying crystal healing, and everytime I ask Jeff what he recommends for a particular inquiry, he can yell you absolutely everything about that particular crystal/gem/stone. He carries polished, unpolished, spheres, points, towers, sage, oils, jewelry which is handmade right there, singing bowls, and much more. He offers classes as well, which I look forward to attending in the future. Rest assured, Jeff will not try to upsell you when you are shopping. He'll even tell you that you dont have to purchase the biggest, or everything at once. Want something? Hell get it for you! My kids loved the gong today, so I may have him get one for me.

Great local crystal shop. They have all kinds of rare and common crystals for a fair price. They have moldavite and incense. They offer Reiki 1, 2 , and 3 classes. I took the Reiki 1 and 2 classes it was life changing. It set me on a path of awareness ,intention and healing. Always pleasant atmosphere in the store. The owners are friendly and knowledgeable. Parking in the back. Feels like home . Highly recommend!!!

I never give 5 stars for a review and this is a first. I usually think there is always something that can be improved upon, and I would try to find it. Not this place. It's close to perfect and deserves the 5 stars, for sure. Jes and Jeff, as well as the staff are always ready and willing to help you. The store has a completely positive feeling to it and around it. There is just something good going on there, When you're there, they allow you to shop at your own pace, without the hovering over your shoulder. Yet they're ready to help you with what ever question you might have, and go above and beyond to do so. They are genuine, knowledgeable, helpful, and willing to help you in whatever way they can. For Jeff and Jes, I don't think it's just a business, it's a lifestyle and a passion for helping others. My girlfriend had an interest in crystals, so we went there primarily for her for that. However we left with so much more! We felt emotionally and mentally refreshed and cleansed. Also much more positive and lighter, like some weight had been lifted from us. This place is so highly recommended! If you're open minded and willing to have a positive experience and looking to find some great crystals, stones, etc , then this place might ROCK your world.

I popped into this lil "gem" (see what I did there? Lol) of a store yesterday and was taken aback by the positive energy and friendly staff. Everything was clean, well organized and also well labeled. I could spend HOURS in this store and definitely plan on going back. I love this place and so will you!

The owner, Jeff, is very kind. I’m new to buying and using crystals, and he answered all the questions I had about them. Very chill atmosphere. I loved seeing the little dog, Ruby, when entering. It’s a very nice place and has all kinds of crystals and more.

Before I walk in, I always have to tell myself and my partner that we have a budget because there’s so many beautiful pieces!! Today, I felt guilty leaving the parking lot after spending a little bit over budget. But I also felt grateful. Grateful to be able to find beautiful crystals and actually be educated and helped through the process with amazing staff. Thank you for being so kind and helpful. Thank you for educating me, answering questions without judgement, and also giving me the best experience. I got a beautiful Amethyst from this cute shop today! The environment was peaceful and the workers were incredibly friendly. Oh and not to mention Ruby- the owners cute little pup! I will be coming back. Very reasonable prices. Can’t wait to buy more!

This was the first time I came to this shop after driving past it for a while now. I was looking for certain crystals to help me better my life. Jeff, the owner, was so helpful and was very knowledgeable about everything and what crystals were used for. I WILL be coming here again!!

I can not describe to you how amazing this place is. Every staff member has so much knowledge and offers as much help as they possibly can. The owner Jeff is very knowledgeable and lighthearted as well as kind, caring and compassionate. The first time I went I met Stephanie, the Crystal Specialist. She helped me pick out crystals specifically for my needs. She took the time to feel my energy and to get to know me before she picked out each stone. She educated me on how to best use them for my needs. I then talked to Tony and he helped educate me on all the chakras. He gave me so much knowledge and I appreciated his time so much. Jeff checked me out, and threw in two free crystals for me out of the kindness of his heart. One night, Jeff even opened up the shop late just for me to grab two crystals. I could have waited until the next day, but he wanted me to have them as soon as I could which I appreciated so much. If you're thinking about going here, you totally should. I will never go anywhere else for my crystal needs! Thank you all so much!

The aura of this crystal haven was beautiful. It feels nothing like a store , it was so warm and inviting <3 plus the music was positively awesome <3 I literally can't wait to come buy more crystals
