Very satisfied with Geek Squad trying to save my old cell phone and helping with uploads to cloud. Also with salesperson who helped with buying new phone. But their answering phone system is the worst. Long hold times then got cut off 2 times after someone said one moment!! I accidentally left my coat and want to ask if they have it. Will keep trying or may have to go in.

This was a great place to visit today. I got a computer filled with 16gb of new ram and swapp6 out an old spinning drive for a new SSD drive. The equipment and service only cost around 200 dollars.

The sales and Geek squad members were friendly and professional. I also found some future purchases while waiting.

I strongly suggest this Best Buy store.

Come on in. It is worth the visit.

I observed this Best Buy's staff being courteous to all customers that entered. The staff person that assisted me was very knowledgeable and thoroughly explained the match price process which I appreciated.

I went and had a stereo system installed Friday, July 7, and I couldn't be happier. The Installer did a fantastic job, took care of everything and really 110% effort and focus on the job. I got my Jeep Wrangler back and it was spotless, cleaner than I had brought it in, He even wiped down the dash and everything. With a quality job this guy can do, he deserves a higher position. Highly recommend.

I ordered a tv online with in store pickup and from the point of entry we were greeted with a smile. Once I told the door host what I was there for, he politely directed me to the area in question. My item was at customer pickup but I still had questions, so I went over to the tv section to talk to someone about my purchase, associate Steve was so helpful and knowledgeable in answering all my questions, without making me feel stupid. I highly recommend this Best Buy. Even the guys who brought the tv out to my vehicle was very friendly and polite. Great Service

This is my favorite best buy location with wonderfully educated salespeople. I just bought a high end laptop here and was very pleased with the laptop supervisor's advice, Mr. Michael Coffey. I have bought an amazing TV, laundry appliances, Ring doorbell, and other computers here. I'm very happy with this location!

Very helpful team and great prices. You get to choose what you want and the warehouse team will bring it to you. If the item is out of stock then they advise you what to do. I like when people offer solutions to everything.

Just recently got a iPad from here but have been a Best Buy customer for many years, iPad was delivered to my home next day! Can’t beat that!

The staff at this Best buy is outstanding, abalone go above and beyond for customers. And if they don't have it or can't find it at their store they call others and make arrangements for you to get that product. Is it now the only Best buy I will go to. Stores actually nice open floor plan nothing cluttered. Their displays and end caps really will catch the buyers eyes. Kudos to Best buy at this location

GREG!!! Thank you!! I came to Best Buy looking for a laptop but was unsure of which one to get. Greg took the time to explain to me in detail different options that he felt would suit me best. He never rushed me or tried to get me to buy unnecessary items. He located the MacBook for me and checked me out so I could be on my way. I know for me going to make a big purchase can be overwhelming and sometimes you feel rushed. That was not the case today. MICHAEL!!! Thank you!!!!!! You helped me find the right Apple Watch and took all the time to explain everything to me!!! I spoke with the manager before I left and I’ll do the survey as well but for those looking to make any type of purchase and you want to feel valued.... come to Best Buy in Tinley Park!

The phone desk is always busy but worth the wait they are very helpful and always get you the best deals at the best price. The rest of the store is always very well stocked but is still just en electrical store. The Phone area is great, they are more help then the Sprint or AT&T store by far.

I walked in, I was greeted by a gentleman named Kevin. He was able to assist me immediately and I was able to acquire the cord I needed. Thank you for making this a speedy and pleasant experience!
