I had a great experience here last week thanks to Jenai’s exceptional customer service. She is an absolute gem and made this quick trip to the store an enjoyable one. From the lovely greeting she gave, to the great conversation, all the way down to her helpful and patient demeanor I will definitely be making my way back here soon!

Went into the store in order to ship 3 heavy boxes. I was pleasantly greeted by the staff, and a staff member named Andrew immediately helped me with the packages. Mykolaiv processed my order and was friendly, informative, and helpful. It is rare to see such dedicated staff during such a busy time.

My team member Jenai was very helpful and knowledgeable. She was friendly and provided excellent customer service. She informed me of the best options to ensure that my package would arrive to its recipient in a timely fashion. Would definitely ship with UPS again

Rachel was amazing.
I came into the store needing help with QR Code labels and printing other emailed labels.
Not only did she educate me on how to find downloads on my phone but got everything done so quickly.
She didn’t seem annoyed by my lack of knowledge and I appreciate that.
You don’t see this kind of customer service anywhere so I’m so impressed.
I told her I would stop what I was doing and do my review right there in the store.
Hats off to Rachel! She deserves a raise and a crown!!

Kenyatta helped me with my phone & printing 3 labels. Kenyatta was very patient and problem solved all the steps . She was very kind and professional.

I have had experiences in the past where my lack of tech skills was a frustration for the employee. Kenyatta made me feel grateful as a senior citizen!

I always use the UPS store on Mack in Grosse Pointe Farms. Today Mykela helped me and could not have been more pleasant and helpful. I don’t know every one’s names. I do know David’s. Honestly the ‘kids’ are fantastic. I’m an old lady and they never disappoint. 😁😁

Rachel was extremely professional and efficient with a rude customer before me. And when it was my turn at the counter she greeted me with a genuine smile and provided me with important information on your notary services in a very clear manner. Rachel is a class act!

This UPS location is the best one yet, and customer service is amazing. It is ran by an amazing staff and I would recommend everyone to come to this one if you need any help from UPS in general. I have two daughters who live out of town. Evidently there are no excellent baked goods in Chicago (?) so I am at the UPS store several times a week sending my specialty scones or thheir forgotten items.

The Dynamic Duo of Tori and Jenai are AMAZING! They offer stellar customer service, and they're both consummate professionals. It is a pleasure doing business at this location - all of the employees offer a wonderful greeting, and they take care of business!

The people here are beyond helpful, friendly, courteous and EFFICIENT! Absolutely anytime I come in they are laughing and having fun! The smiles are contagious to all who wait in line.
