Got the best people working here! Huge thumbs up to the whole staff. I always look forward to seeing Chris, my favorite person there, who is dope as hell. He always brightens my day with his good energy. Always takes enough time to help customers and explain everything. I like seeing people with high levels of empathy, like Chris, working in customer service in dispensaries. These are the type of people who will bridge the knowledge gap about marijuana with the older generations, which will break down the walls of stigma around marijuana use. I am very familiar with the extreme importance and value of medical marijuana use, and I also think that its recreational use is better for society than alcohol use. One of the most important missing pieces in this puzzle of legalization, is education. Because we got people like Chris, we got good people on the ground doing good work with the public everyday, just by being nice to people, taking the time to talk to them in a kind way, and most importantly, advising them on how to make the right choices for THEM regarding their purchases. I always have such a good experience when I come here, but my last 2 visits I’ve had the pleasure of being helped by Chris. He is always so cheerful and seems to really enjoy his job which makes the experience so much better! I look forward to seeing him next time!

I went to this location to pick up some buds for recreational use. And Jessica helped me pick out exactly what I needed! She let me know about new(er) products y'all have gotten in since my last visit many months ago! She gave me reviews based on a lot of her own experience! It's really nice hearing employees be so knowledgeable about such a wide range of products and having their own experiences with them instead of just regurgitating information from a sales sheet or something, keep up the good work Jessica and thanks for all your help!

Huge thanks to Maddie for her kind communication with me at checkout. Her smile really brightened up my day and her info about price match has definitely won me over as a customer to this location. When we had a problem with the battery, we returned to the store later in the day and was helped out by the amazing Carlos. The entire verilife team at this location goes beyond expectations to make sure that their customers are happy; they are knowledgeable of the current laws and have truly helped me to have a great weekend when I thought all was lost! Today was my first time ever visiting a dispensary. The first person I interacted with her name is Lauren. Lauren was so energetic and helpful. She made me feel like I belonged there and that was a really good feeling. The Customer service is some of the best I have ever experienced anywhere in my life. The second person I interacted with I believe her name is Haley and she was really awesome. I am very much looking forward to my next trip just to interact with them again. And the fact that they are both cute helped a lot.

Phenomenal customer service from Cheyenne today!! Went into Verilife to get Christmas gifts for my boss babes and walked out feeling really great about my purchases.
