White Castle

Since the closest White Castle to my home provides terrible service, I had to find another location for my Jalapeño Cheese Sliders addiction. This location is pretty good, employees are friendly and the restaurant is clean. I paid around $50 for 20 Jalapeño sliders , 4 small fries, 2 chocolate oreo shakes, and 2 medium drinks.

The young man in the drive through is awesome @ his job but I forgot to ask him his name. I saw him to days in a roll. He really could use a raise or employee of the month recognition for a job well down.

I’m not sure of the young man’s name who was working the drive thru on 5/13/2024 at 330pm but he was very nice and polite! He made sure I had everything in the bag and the food was correct, hot and delicious!

Can't go wrong with a slider! Good service, friendly service, got my order right & it's always the same kind of YUMMY 😋

I stumbled upon this location about four months ago driving to Chicago, it is easy to get off/get back on I-55. I find myself going to this Castle on Saturday afternoons around 2:00-3:00. On all three occasions, there was no wait time, my order was placed and handled flawlessly, my food was delicious, and I can't say one bad thing about the service or the atmosphere.

We had been traveling home very late. White Castle was open. We went to the drive up and were suprised their were 2 young men working. Our food was fast, hot and the young men were very polite!

Everything is really great here except the issue with help. I happened to arrive just behind some customers that ordered the 30 box and another that ordered multiple double cheeseburgers so it seemed like forever to get my order. Only 2 women making the sliders. But they still are the best.

My first White Castle experience. I was pleased with the menu choices and the all-day breakfast option. Additionally, now on a weight reduction journey, I was able to know first hand the number of calories for any served food item by consulting a large chart posted near the entrance. My breakfast sandwich was delicious and not overwhelming. Coffee was mild to my taste, just the way I prefer. Customer service was efficient and speedy. In all, a relaxing time with a great meal and creative thoughts.

I like this restaurant simply because I can actually drive my semi up to the window!! Plus, the food was great. The Butter Cake on a stick was delicious!! I highly recommend!!

This White is always running smooth. They always get my order correct and it's always fresh. That's why I always go back to thus location.

People hate on this place way too much. Sometimes I come here very late at night with my friends and the employees are always extremely polite and ensure order accuracy, even at 3am! Props to you guys

Tbh if it wasn’t for Diego working at 1:30 am Saturday morning I wouldn’t be making this review please give that man a raise for top tier customer service #ranchfordays

Food is always good, service was very quick.

If u have never had an actual slider from white castle, and I'm not talking about the frozen 1s cuz those don't count, then u don't know what u r missing they r delicious but they don't call them sliders for nothing and about 15 to 30 minutes later u will be sliding them out the other end, but they r so worth it. I recomend cheese fries.

Love White Castle. I was lucky to stop near it to get gas as i headed out of town. We had the sliders and breakfast toast sandwiches. Food was great.

The best white castle around!! went in here at 130pm on a Friday and the ladys that were working were friendly and the food was great. Finally a good white castle since the pandemic! There dining room was even open I was in shock!!

Called in order: three cases, each case of 30 was to have 15 burgers and 15 cheeseburgers. Short handed like so many other establishments nowadays, BUT courteous and concerned employees. I had a gift certificate and cash. When I got to the pick up window, my cases were ready and made correctly. My certificate and payment was applied with ease. Kudos to this establishment and those working there. Felt like a valued customer.
