Love this location! This used to be our go-to Vans store when we were younger, I'm glad it's still here! My son loves Vans, and I needed to exchange some shoes I purchased online. The workers were friendly and very helpful. The return/exchange process went smoothly! The store was clean and fully stocked! Will definitely keep coming back here!

Picked up an online gift order. The lady that got my item for me was so helpful. She mentioned that select items were on sale and when I asked for more info she showed me all the merchandise that had great discounts. Its not a big store and it was just me and one other person shopping but I liked how sincere she was and very helpful without being pushy or fake. Unfortunately I didn't get her name but I was impressed with this store. Its very clean and even though its a small space they have a huge selection of items. Its nice having this location in the neighborhood vs a mall! Especially during Christmas!

I had a serious problem involving a recent promotion and incorrect information given by an employee and his supervisor, long story short and after experiencing a very unpleasant experience, the District Manager John really came through and rectified the error entirely! He more than made up for it and proved my 20+ yrs of loyalty to Vans and this particular store was well placed indeed. Will continue to shop here indefinitely.

Wow what great service!!! The guys that were manning the shop are awesome (Ryan/Austin). We came in 20 mins to closing just for some laces and wound up buying the laces and 3 pairs of shoes!!! Great vibe in the store, Ryan was just super down to earth, he helped my little ones no problem my son is mildly autistic and Ryan was very patient helping us with shoes. They didn't rush us even when it was getting close to closing, I kept looking at my watch, Ryan picked upon that, let us know there was no rush and just wanted to be sure we got what we wanted and happy with the purchase 😁. These guys are a great reflection on this store and Vans. Awesome shoes awesome employees.

Ive veen going to this vans store since I qas about 8. Came here to get my girlfriend some vans gear since she has never owned a pair of vans. The store is small and super super clean. Their inventory is always fashionable and the employees who work there are even nicer! Theyre helpful as always and quick too!

Great customer service, the young man who assisted us was extremely helpful and didn't seem bothered to bring out different shoes and sizes!! Will definitely be coming back to this location.

We came to get some new shoes for a little cousin visiting, the staff was great in welcoming us and helping with measuring his foot. He left with a huge smile ! This is a great vans store and location! Thanks Mariah!

Alhambra location has parking in back of store, good selection for young men, young women and children. Easy to get to store since it's not in a mall or shopping center and good customer service.

They didnt have my size but they were helpful in finding the same ones online and walking me through the prosses step by step. I will be getting them in two to three days now
