The UPS Store

I will never go to a different UPS location. After struggling to ship a 26 lb package with FedEx, I ran to this store because it is open the latest out of all the UPS in the area. This is my 2nd time shipping a heavy box here & my first experience was just as great.

I cannot speak more highly of the two employees there. They worked quickly to process every customers’ package (about 5 customers ahead of me), resulting in barely any wait time. Even though they were busy, both employees were friendly, helpful, & accommodating. Instead of having to buy an entirely new box, one employee (F) cut down the box I brought so the contents fit snugly. When my packages spilled glitter all over the counter & floor (sorry 😵‍💫) she joked that it was okay because she likes glitter anyway.

UPS charged me $105 to ship a 26 lb package; FedEx would have charged $180.

The facility is also clean & decorated for the upcoming Lunar new year.

Great place. For me, I appreciate that the staff was warm, friendly and knowledgeable. There's so many services offered here. Parking is street or there's a small parking lot right next to the store. I also like that they can help chinese speaking customers. thank you!

I want to start off by saying that this will now be my go-to location. I previously went to another that left a really bad taste in my mouth and I'm glad I found this one. The location is very organized and clean. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and super helpful. It was such a different experience and left me feeling grateful for individuals like them. i will be coming back and recommending to friends and family.

Visited this store on a Saturday for the first time to do a bunch of Amazon returns. I was worried that I had a lot of QR codes but it’s more beneficial for the staff to scan each item on its own so that was good for me. Stellar service and great hours. Robert and Llynet were nice and helpful. This is the best store I have been to in the area. I also need UPS for my small business and plan on going here from now on to ship my packages and do my returns.

It's hard to find who works after sunset until I found this clean and fresh new facility. Came in 6:15pm still have customers. Manager/owner immediately opened another counter once he saw customer waiting in line. Professional and convenient services including printing prepaid shipping labels if you don't have a printer at home and a sturdy tablet shipping box for only $1.99!!!! Hope it keeps up the good work.

The manager and staff of this UPS Store location was super super nice and helpful!! I brought my acoustic guitar to be shipped to Pennsylvania, I packed it in a large box, and the cost was more than I expected.. The manager, a very nice gentleman, offered to repackage my guitar to help me cut the cost! This was very kind of him to go out of his way to help out. I will definitely come to this location again for more future shipments.

Love going here. I have a UPS right next to where I live but, the customer service here is exceptional. I've only encountered the owner and a woman and both are super helpful! in and out in less than 5 min

I went in to do an Amazon return and the gentleman working there was nice and efficientl. I was out of there in less than 2 minutes. Give this place a chance if you need to drop off a package!

Was able to drop off my package quickly. The worker there scanned it and gave me a receipt. There not much left to add since that's all I needed to do.

We've been here a few times & very good service. If we're not currently moving out of state we'll surely do business with them again! Highly recommended!
