Fabiola V was a gem that she was super positive and helpful with all of our questions and concern. Bend over and backward go help us with our acct. And just a joy to be with. We got a 3 line activation and hope she would get the good recognition she deserve since she was working none stop for 3 full hours to allievate potential problems and totally help to keep the customer loyalty up. She would be deserve a promotion as she not only attemp to mitigate problem while encourage for solution that's win win for both customer and Tmobile. Kudos for retaining such a fantastic employee.

Wow! Alexander, the manager at T-Mobile at 333 E Maine has been a huge help in sorting out technical problems with technology. He is kind to, from my view, every customer who has walked in, personable and assists his employees enthusiastically. Thank you T-Mobile. He is your prototype for excellence.

Samantha and Adrian give extremely great service, they always are very nice and welcoming I'm glad to be helped by them all the time! If I could I would give them 1000 stars.

I just got home from being helped at this location and just wanna give a big shout out to Josue who helped me ! he answered all my questions, so nice and professionally, and when he didn’t know the answer, he would ask his colleague, stayed overtime about an hour and a half just to assist me, and was overall so kind and interactive! I work for retail and I’m currently a seasonal manager at a big department store and he is exactly what any manager would look for in an associate! Thank you Josue!

I visited yesterday(8/14/23) and was waited on by Raphael. Raphael was very & Polite and patient. He helped me set up my phone . I wish there were more employees like Raphael. T-mobile Raphael deserves recognition!!

I went to Monrovia T-Mobile store for upgrade my I phone to 14 pro max and want to pay off , doesn't want to pay monthly for 2 years , but I don't know why the associate for some reason can not help me for pay off the phone ; so I went to Alhambra store for that and I have good experience at this location also the associate help me and answer all my questions ; I had good impression from this store and I appreciated all the help !

How do I even start… Johnny has by far one of the best customer service skills I have ever received at a T-Mobile store. This young man went above and beyond to help my husband and I purchase a phone for my child. Since I was hesitant about getting a phone for my 11 year old. Johnny was patient, funny, knowledgeable, and not pushy at all. T-Mobile you guys did an amazing job hiring this young man. Give him a raise!!!!

My wife & I came in to shop for new IPhones & our associate who’s name is Johnny was very helpful, friendly, had a lot of patience, very knowledgeable. The whole team was very helpful as s well. The manager who’s name is William & his other team member Jesus were great as well however Johnny is the best.

I came in to this store today because I was interested in adding 2 Apple watches to my account. Sales rep Joey helped us out and was very patient. He helped us get the best deals and I ended up upgrading my phone as well. I appreciated his honest recommendations and left the store very satisfied. The other two sales reps there (I think one of them was the store manager) were also helpful. Great customer service & will be coming back.

Had a wonderful experience in this store. Christian was so helpful and patient with me. He explained everything in detail and helped me save money, even switched me from Sprint and I got a new phone myself. Will definitely be back and hopefully Christian will help me out again. This place is just another T-Mobile store... With all the access, and options you have online, there's no need to go into a store.... But the two dudes that helped me out... (I'm sorry but I'm bad with names) but those 2 dudes were awesome, very helpful, knowledgeable, informative, patient, and welcoming.... And that is something you can't find online.... I can't say enough about Jesus at this TMobile store. My phone was stolen this past weekend and he was nothing but helpful getting me all set with a new phone and transferring over to TMobile from Sprint. He and his coworker went above and beyond to get me back up and running again. They really know their stuff.

I came here this past Saturday to help my Mom upgrade her phone. Joey and Andre'a were hospitable and very personable. They addressed all of my Mom's concerns and answered all of my questions. She was able to leave with a brand new phone and happy. I always make it a point to leave a review when people are doing a great job. It was nice to see these kids are on the right track service-wise!

Best T-Mobile spot I’ve been to in a while, they help you as soon as you walk in the door with deals and they explain the promotions so well and explain every detail. Bought a couple of phones and watches there for my Christmas list. Thank you Chris and Will
