I love shopping for shoes here. Everyone I have worked with over the years has been incredibly helpful. I always find a shoe that I love! I was also impressed with how they interacted with my son when buying track shoes. They have a very knowledgeable staff! I highly recommend this place to anyone that's looking for a good shoe!

I stopped in yesterday, I didn’t have an appointment. Although they were very busy they were able to accommodate me.
Every employee I encountered was so nice. I had a great experience here. Wish I lived a bit closer so I could shop here more often.

Awesome running store! The scanning software they use is very cool, but they also use the old eye test as you run to see how each shoe impacts your gait. Jeremy helped me pick out a couple new shoes today, he was extremely knowledgeable and patient. He encouraged me to test and compare many different shoes before I found the right ones for me. This place is life changing. Very helpful staff and very comprehensive service. They provide a 360 degree scan of your feet to pinpoint the problem areas. The best part is that they are affordable; unlike another shoe orthotics store that promises a painful transition requiring numerous purchases and a bill in the thousands. I spent 75$ at Fleet Feet and literally walked out with less pain. 10/10 recommend.

I went in because I have started running and I was getting shin splints. Jeremy was very hopeful and measured my feet with his technology. Then he brought out shoes that would be recommended for my feet type. He had me try them on, test them out on a treadmill, and really narrow down which one felt the best.

Had an amazing visit today and loved the shorts we picked up!! Fiancé got a pair of perfectly fitting running shoes and we are so grateful for the great and thoughtful service.

Leah went out of her way to help me find out what was happening with my shoes. All I needed was to change the way I laced them now I can move in them. I really like the way they helped me get the most out of my shoes.

I have really bad feet I’ve been struggling lately with my shoes because my custom orthotics from the VA no longer fit in shoes as the heel is too narrow , After working with me for an hour and half Leah finally said let’s try a different orthotic (superfeet) in the glycerins from brooks since you can wear the iorthifeet shoes with their orthotics.. I used to wear the glycerins before they changed the heel in them and voila Finally my feet feel comfortable again .. so thank you I hope they work on the beach!

Great high-quality products that your employees are extremely knowledgeable about. Customer service was fantastic, a lost art. The employee we worked with took the time to assess my daughter's foot (very hard to shop for), find the right size, right shoe, and educate both of us on shoes, how long they should last, etc. Quality in products and quality in services.

I was very pleased with the service. Employees were knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Foot scanning helped in decision for shoes, and employees brought shoe options that worked for me based on my pronation, arches, pressure points, etc.

We have always received good service when choosing tennis shoes for my husband. Knowlegeble, friendly people who take their time. Hoku is the brand that fits him best. He has trouble with his feet & he finds this to be the most comfortable. He has worn them for several years.

I have shopped at Fleet Feet before, but never at this location. I am getting back into running and had heard they can scan your foot and make suggestions on shoes based on that.

I walked in and was greeted by Kendra. She was super friendly and knowledgeable. She did the scans, and also did a walk test. Based on her results, she brought out three examples of what would work best for me. Each shoe was great but one stood out and that's what I went with.

It was a great overall experience, and I would recommend it to anyone who has never been fitted for shoes before. I will be back for other running needs for sure.

Went to fleet feet for the first time today and it was a great experience. Our sales person, Lauren, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in recommending shoes for our specific feet. We didn’t feel pressured to buy and will definitely be purchasing online from them today and in the future.

I came back to Fleet Feet for another pair of Hoka shoes because the first pair wore so well and was great on my feet, ankles and knees. They are my main shoes and I wore them every day for a year. The people at Fleet Feet have also been fantastic. We loved our experience with Amy. She was kind and a lot of fun. When a problem arose with my credit card, the card companies fault, Jeremy gracious redid the entire transaction and had me watch the process so I had no questions about what he was doing. 10's all around from me.

Jeremy was a big help when I came in to purchase my new pair of Brooks running shoes. With the technology and his knowledge about footwear, my feet are again very comfortable in a new pair of shoes! Very grateful for his expertise! 11/10 would recommend!

I came in after an injury and at the recommendation of my podiatrist. The associate spent the time to listen to my needs and explain my options. It was the best shoe buying experience I've ever had.
