Great service and great sales team. Recently had my truck in for some warranty work and they knocked it out of the park! DJ in service was very kind and walked me through the services being performed via service tracker, and Steven Schumcher kept me up to date when my vehicle was ready and was very throughout on pickup. Wouldn't service my truck anywhere else thanks again.

This has been my first Dealership experience since 2015. I typically do all of my own services for oil & filter, tire rotation, etc. In November, I purchased a 23 Maverick and had found the services extended warranty through AutoNation to be a good deal. I purchased the Maverick at an Atlanta, GA AutoNation dealership. I was skeptical if there would be an issue with using it at this dealership in White Bear Lake, MN.
Yesterday I brought the Maverick into this dealership for it's first service interval at 10K Miles. Oil & Filter, Tire Rotation, and Ford Recall work was performed. The service representative (Kevin) was great to work with. (Take care of that guy).
He listened to my concerns, was able to locate the extended service contract and apply it, and promptly got the Maverick where it need to go for maintenance. I'm an IT worker and have to ability to work remote. I sat in their waiting area and used the Guest WiFi and had some coffee. This was a positive experience and I was very happy with their service and Kevin's very responsive customer service. Needless to say, I'll be coming back has a happy customer.

I bought a new truck from AutoNation Ford in White Bear Lake 2 years ago. I just recently brought it in to the service center for full service and to have an electrical issue resolved. Ronald was my service manager and made sure to keep me updated throughout the process of the repair. He was very professional and made sure everything went smoothly. We were in the end of January 2024 and had our first great experience. We ordered our van 2 years ago and had nothing but headaches talking to many different people there. HOWEVER now there is a new manager and we started dealing with Richie and everything was way better. The manager took time to hear about the inconveniences we have experienced and right them going forward. Richie made sure we got things that were missed by the old sales person and made sure we were happy with everything when we left. We also wanted to trade a car that we are upside down on and they pulled out all the stops to try and make it happen now that the used car market is cooling down. We would have never recommended them before this but Richie and the new manager really pulled through and we would now recommend them.

Great place to buy a vehicle. That sales and finance team are amazing to work with. I called about a truck and trading mine in on the other truck. Everything was taken care of on Friday for my Sat appt. Saturday morning every thing went smooth and I was out the doors with a new truck shortly after arriving to sign the paperwork.

You could never beat our experience with Richard Aboody at Auto Nation Ford White Bear Lake. My husband wanted to surprise me with my dream Bronco for my birthday. When we walked in without an appointment, Rick treated us like we were his old friends. We only had a few hours before my birthday dinner to make the trade-in happen, and Rick took that challenge and ran with it (metaphorically and literally). He ran from one end of the dealership to another, working with his team to expedite the process and get me out the door with my new wheels. He made a birthday miracle happen! I had a great experience buying a used Mazda CX-5 2017 from AutoNation Ford White Bear. Richie the sales guy did an incredible job and was really authentic. When the service engine light turned on, they scanned it and showed me what was wrong right away, fixed it, and got me a rental car to drive until the car was ready.

Jozep helped me finance as well and he was very helpful and clear in his approach. I feel like I had an overall great and personable experience with AutoNation Ford.

Very good buying experience. I checked out the truck I wanted on line. They contacted me by text as soon as I inquired about it. Went in and was out with a new truck in 2 hours. Everyone was very friendly and there wasn’t any pressure.

Honest, efficient, and prompt service. I purchased a used vehicle, the sales person Pete Turgeon was top-notch to deal with. I highly recommend buying from him. He is very honest. Also the financial advisor was great to work with, he found the best interest rate in the market period!

My Tech (Breah) Went over and beyond to help get my truck back on the road. I have a bumper to bumper warranty. That the company did want to fix on things that was under the warranty. And she got everything fixed under the warranty contract. I was so pleased and I was so satisfied with all the good work she did. She was angel sent to help me through a very difficult times with a company you paid that didn't wont to fix your vehicle. Thanks so much Breah you Rock.

Brought my 2018 F150 in to have the transmission checked as it was slipping and long shifting. Called me the same day and said I needed a new one and also she'll bearings. This was on a Friday. Said they got the parts ordered and would keep me updated. Called me Tuesday and said it done. Got everything covered under my warranty. Only had to pay my $100 dollar deductible on an almost $9000 dollar bill. Highly recommend AutoNation for your next vehicle and for service.

I finally found the truck that I was looking for after waiting out the crazy covid shortage/pricing era. Phil & Geoff were wonderful to deal with, NO high-pressure sales tactics, very help full and accommodating. In the end, I got the truck I was looking at a great price!

From the first time Steve from sales reached out to me after I only wanted the Blue book price on my car early last fall, I told him I wasn’t thinking of a new car until Spring 2023, he put me on his to call list at a later date and he respected my wish. I ended up calling him in February and we got things rolling. I picked up my car and chatted with Garret in finance. I had some questions and my own issues and Garret has been a gentleman and extremely helpful getting things straight. He is also great at follow up and remembering previous conversations. Whenever I went into AutoNation, I was welcomed immediately with a smile and “have you been helped?” You people do it right.
