Goldspot Pens

I learned about Goldspot on a Hemingway Jones YouTube post. Based on his recommendation I placed an order and am pleased to report they fully met my expectations. The product arrived quickly and well packaged. Each item was ship shape. The prices were comparable with other shops in this market space. Well done.

Goldspot is one of my go-to shops. At times, their sale prices cannot be beat. I just today bought my grail pen for 1/2 price- I wouldn’t have been able to buy it otherwise. And that’s just a monthly special, next month they may have something else I want. Being able to use the Shop app and Affirm to finance, this is a great experience.

I wanted to edit this to let you know that I placed an order this afternoon (Friday) and it’s already been shipped via ups and will be delivered on Monday. That is incredible, thoughtful service. Meanwhile, an order I placed 2 days ago at the competition still hasn’t shipped yet and a package from yet another competitor has been in the mail since last week with no estimated delivery date. I have bought many fountain pens from Goldspot, and I have been thoroughly satisfied. They have a great variety of brands and models. The prices are on par and often better than many other retailer. Two of the pens I bought were during a sale and I paid significantly less that list price. Finally, their shipment is quick and reliable. I highly recommend them.

I have bought the baby beluga from Opus 88. It's really nice. I did not like the full size black one. But I do like this one. I really like that Goldspot has a HUGE selection of fountain pens I could choose from. The package is packed well and it is delivered very quickly. That is a plus. Thank you!

I ordered a black with gold furnishings Pilot Vanishing Point fountain pen on Saturday. Then by Monday I changed my mind and asked if Goldspot could replace a medium nib for the fine nib I originally ordered. The lady was most kind & helpful and altered my order. My pen arrived with a medium nib on Thursday! Love the pen but love Goldspot more! A+ transaction.

I purchased a 14K flexible gold nib with an ebonite feed "Feel" Scribe pen. The pen is aesthetically beautiful having a great shape and writes smoothly. Being unfamiliar with flexible pens, the pen is probably supposed to be wet and therefore I have to get acclimated to it. All in all it's a great pen and functions well.

I’ve shopped with Goldspot pens just about a year now. Every transaction is super easy and their communication is excellent. I had one trouble pen this last year and Ben took such good care of me with tech support, nib adjustment and finally replacing the pen (it was just a lemon pen and in no way reflects on the brand or Goldspot). That situation really won my business over to Goldspot exclusively. I never worry that any of my purchases will be less than fantastic. I’m thankful I get to enjoy such unparalleled service and offerings from Goldspot!

Have purchased a decent number of pens from Goldspot. Within the last month, the Rose Quartz Pelican, the Sakura Cherry Blossom Opus Mini, and the Baby Beluga Opus mini. Oh, and of course Iroshizuku yama budo for the Cherry Blossom. Goldspot is terrific. Both of these orders arrived several days earlier than I expected and the customer service when I placed the order, friendly and knowledgeable. One of my fountain pen best loved suppliers.

I recently bought a Pelikan 205 in Apatite color and having a fine nib. Having now had a few weeks experience with the pen, I can only say that it is superb. The fine nib writes a little heavier than several other pens with fine nibs that I have which makes it perfect. The pen has size and weight that makes it excellent for writing with the cap posted, as I always like. I am delighted with the pen and it arrived earlier than expected and was securely packaged. This was another pleasant experience with Goldspot!
