Stop by frequently. Post office is sometimes like the DMV, you do it because you have to, not because you like to! The staff is a blend, some very nice not others - but again, what are you here for? Get your stuff done and move on.

Standard post office. Good for an easy drop off. Workers are friendly

This post office has an agent to do passports who has no idea what she is doing and almost cost me a trip with my family. I was double charged for expediting the passport when they did not check my documents correctly or do my photo properly. In the end, this post office nor the administration would take responsibility for their mistakes and cost me double what it should have plus an 'I don't care' attitude towards their client. Shameful.

Samantha is one of the rudest employees you’ll ever meet. Barely meeting job guidelines. Given appointment window between 10:15-10:30. Walked in at 10:20; turned away.

Zero customer service. On the government website location is listed as walk in Monday through Friday for passport acceptance facility.

They refused to see us stating that we had to have an appointment, But I could not figure out where to make an appointment either because the number listed for this location is the main post office service number.

Tried to explain that it’s difficult to get both parents out of work and the child out of school just for the passport purposes and that the paperwork is Filled out and it will take just a couple minutes, but they didn’t care.

Can’t comment on any other services, but in the future would prefer avoid this place. Too bad Holmdel or Colts neck location doesn’t offer passport services.

Not pleasant. The Dept of State website listed Lincroft as having a Passport fair on August 12. 2017 ,no appointment necessary. But employee ,and JAN, she wouldn't give he last ,name stated that she would not be taking anyone unless they had an appointment. I informed her of the Dept of State website and offered to show her the list that I had and She said she didn't need it she said her supervisor instructed her to follow the normal procedure. I asked if I could speak to the supervisor and she said he wasn't there and she didn't know if he was coming back. There was another couple who saw the same info and came their twin boys at first Jan said that there was a cancellation and they could have the 12:30 slot she later stated that she would only process one of the twins applications not both, the couple left disappointed. So warning stay away from Lincroft Post Office employee Jan she is not helpful at all.

Guy behind the counter, no mask, coughing into his hand, asking if anybody on line just needed to drop things off. Customer came in, no mask, saying “I left it in the car.” Everybody looks the other way.

Must be the dumbest post office ive ever seen, 3 of my packages in the last 2 months have been delivered to the wrong house or seem to be missing. Customer service is a joke, you guys are horrible

You can't rely on the USPS for anything. It boggles my mind why the government wastes our money by shoving millions into this dead corpse of a service.

Horrible staff in assisting passport applications. We had to go other way for this application just to not get help. What a waste!
