Super clean, very nice staff AMAZING PRICES on great well known clothing brands! Found a pair of Levi's shorts of $12 dollars amazing steal! Will be shopping here again!

Best store ever! Hands down. I don’t even go to the regular stores anymore. I find everything and anything and all brand here at this store. The employees are super helpful and kind. My husband even shops here. We LOVE platos closet ❤❤

The young ladies I have had the pleasure of interacting with were informative, kind, and well-spoken. Always a smile - which is not common in retail these days.
Racks are neat. Shoes are organized.
Their purchasing policy is fair, in my opinion, and folks shouldn't take it personally if they don't take certain things.

Brought in about 150 items to sell and they took 60 of them. I made a fair amount of money in my opinion. This was my first time going to a Plato’s closet and I was pretty impressed. All of the stuff being sold in the store was in style and cute! There wasn’t one thing that I thought was ugly. Prices are decent, a little high for some items but you can def get a good deal. I drove 45 mins to get there and I’d say it was worth the trip

Everyone was so nice here!! We found great deals. The store was very clean, as a matter of fact, I said to my daughter how clean it smelled upon entering! We live 45 minutes a way and try to plan trips to go down often. I highly recommend. I can't wait to go back!

There are so many good brands and unlike other stores you get money for bring in good quality items. Love this place

I went there today for the first time and I wasn't expecting much.I read a few reviews and I don't know why they have so many bad reviews.I really liked the store and found a lot of good things.They have name brands like coach,Michael kors,Steve Madden,guess,Calvin klein,nike,adidas and so many more.
I will be coming back for sure.

i love that the employees there are helpful & friendly. the place is organized so you can find everything easily. for the selling to them it’s easy & they give you reasonable money back for the things you give them.💕

Great selection in all areas of clothing and accessories. Clearance sale is a great time to get a lot of items to complete your wardrobe. Only thing music was too loud.

Sincerely don’t understand the bad reviews. I always leave with something cute for cheap, the girls working are always so nice, and the selection is huge. My favorite thrift shop, like it much better than the edison location

Such an amazing first experience at Platos Closet in Middletown! I had 5 bags full of clothes & they handled it like champions, only took an hour to sort through it all, including shoes and purses! I got a pay out of $645 when I thought I’d get maybe $150-$200! They took their time pricing and looking through every item I brought In! The staff was friendly, the store was clean and organized! I’m so happy with my first time experience at Platos Closet & I will definitely be back soon!

I have a ton of dress shirts I no longer wear. Called and spoke to Karrie.. she politely told me they don’t really take in Armani and Banana Republic. She then spent 10 minutes of her own time giving me ideas on how to sell them.. not sure what the other reviews are about. But their customer service met and exceeded my expectations!

I have a very good experience selling for the first time. Staff was very friendly and explained the purchasing criteria perfectly. They took about half of my items and I was very pleased! Remember they know what sells and what doesn’t in the store so I did not get offended when certain items were passed over. I will definitely be back to sell again!

Love coming here! I can always find something and the prices are great. I’ve sold clothes twice and Karrie and Amanda could not have been nicer! They are always helpful and kind every time I go.

Can't get over the selection and prices! Take it from someone who hates shopping, this is definitely the place to shop for amazing, gently used clothing. I've never been happier with a gently used option before...and don't even get me started on their purse selection!!
