Middletown Staples has a very collegial atmosphere. Every team member is there yo help you. I own a small business and Staples always provides the service i need..from technology to marketing to office supplies. They are the best!

Jessica in the copy/print shop was amazing. She was so helpful, knowledgeable, and attentive. She went above and beyond to help us with our wedding menus. Thank you so much Jessica!!

I go out of my way to use the Print Center at this Staples. I find all of the staff exceptional, but have recently dealt with Brad, an employee who stands out for his attention to detail, patience and knowledge. It's a pleasure to get my printing done here.

I will admit I did not receive names of any employee so I apologize in advance. The employees here are so amazing. the people in the printing section were so understanding of a teenager who didn’t know how it works and the cashier who directed me to other stores when they didn’t have my product made my errands easier.

All the stars are for the very helpful and pleasant young man, Logan, who helped me print and laminate a bookmark. He was so patient and really took his time to explain things. Plus he was very good at multitasking. He was all alone and helped customers with UPS, printing, etc.

Thanks so much to Tony and Brad for helping me in the copy center!

Whoever was working in the printing/marketing department during the evening of 4/26/22 deserve a raise/promotion/ the highest of praise! She was incredibly helpful and nice, and answered all of my questions! I’m only sorry I didn’t get her name so I could give her the credit she deserves!

I just really wanted to say thank you to Summer and Brad for all of your help while I did not have a good printer and then previous to purchasing one where they helped me out on multiple occasions figuring out some of the printing and cutting and laminating! They were extremely helpful and just also wanted to give this review and say thank you to someone starting new at my business!

The staff here is very nice, the Copy Center is the best! I stop in several times a week for business reasons, I actually look forward to seeing all the new office supplies. The parking lot is small, but I can always get a great parking spot.

Although the customer service is always excellent, today surpassed that due to the help provided to me by Chance in the Copy Center. Not only did Chance go above and beyond to help me, but he was attentive to each and every other customer that came in when I was there. Thank you Chance! Keep up the good work. :)

This location is an extension of my office haha! The staff is always helpful, great selection of products and no issues with the copy machines that are self-service.

Copy Center Always Does A Great Job!
I have done banners, posters, Christmas Card, fliers, raffle tickets, admission tickets and more. The work is always on time and done professionally. Good price too!

Best package drop off experience for UPS packages. Staff will ask other customers to wait a moment to take your package versus having you made to wait indeterminate time for this 20 second step, and it's appreciated!

Gene was a very helpful worker who actually took the time in walking with me to find the product i was looking for. You don’t see that anymore. usually they just point!! He is a keeper Staples!!!
