Sherwin-Williams Paint Store

We discovered this store recently and were very pleased with the experience. The staff is very knowledgeable and freindly, and will take the time to answer your questions and give advice. Yes, the paint is more expensive than the stuff you get at the big box stores, but it is a superior product in every way. And they often run sales, which makes it less of an issue. My opinion, don't skimp on paint for your home, do it right, or you'll be doing it over.

I find the employees super kind, patient and knowledgeable about their products. They are happy to help, know their colors and are happy to explain what would work well and why. Yes, it's more than what you get at Lowe's but you're also getting a superior product which means it'll go on smoother and require fewer coats (plus they have great sales that can make it cheaper than Lowe's!). Highly recommend this store.

Greg and Ryan are phenomenal. And they are very enthusiastic about paint. I highly recommend working with either of them. I'll be returning only when they're around.

The staff really went above and beyond to help, looking up a three-year-old order with limited information. The paint is very good, but the service was excellent.

Sales people are very helpful. I needed paint that I had purchased some time ago and I didn’t remember the color. He was very helpful and looked it up in the system and got what I needed. I would recommend this paint store to anyone who isn’t knowledgeable with painting, unlike some of the big box stores.

I've been a customer of Sherwin Williams in Middletown for more than a decade. The fellas there are, by far, the most knowledgeable, helpful, and professional group of people I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I have purchased remodeling / painting materials from many other suppliers, but nothing, or no one, comes close to the service that I get from the employees from the Middletown NJ Store.
