Zumiez

Went into the store looking for a cool zip-up hoodie and some neat shirts. I was helped by Xavier, who was super friendly. They helped me get some neat shirts. I wasn't able to find a hoodie I liked in my size, but Kel and James helped me pick out a nice one online and ordered it to be delivered. I just got it delivered to my house and love it!!!

they held a pair of shoes aside for me and were so sweet in person! Customer service was great and Xzavier was so kind and helpful. just a great vibe overall!!

Staff was very knowledgeable about the current sales promotions they had going on, everyone was very friendly.

Awesome. To start they sang happy birthday for my friend and she was dying of embarrassment, which made me laugh. The manager and all the staff went out of their way to help us with anything we wanted; Including the staff member giving my friend the hat she was wearing for her birthday, and giving us a discount on the longboard with a chip. Was a great experience staff was very personable, am going back for a longboard soon!(:

Came in to buy shoes for my little brother. The whole staff was so welcoming. Vikki was so sweet and helpful. Definitely going to shop here again!

Dana and three other team members went above and beyond to help secure a sweatshirt I was looking to buy for my son’s birthday. Using multiple store computers and personal devices to see if any stores from NY; NJ; PA had the sweatshirt to finally helping to secure the sweatshirt. MUCH APPRECIATED EFFORT really truly!!

Excellent customer service at this location! The clothes are good too, and we love the winter gear. This Zumiez is a must for anyone shopping at the Freehold mall who's got teens, and especially boys!
