Publix Super Market at Columbia Promenade

I absolutely love this Publix.... Always clean and they are ALWAYS friendly!!! I absolutely love the older, young lady Sharon she is always so sweet and helpful!!! She makes that Publix shine with her smile and positivity 🙏😊 Thank You guys!!!

I come here often and always have a pleasurable experience. A gentleman by the name of Edward who was putting away fruits helped me. After helping me I proceeded to isle three at which point I couldn't find a product. Once again Edward to the rescue. Thanks a lot Edward for being so kind, patient, and helping me for a pleasurable shopping experience.

Everything was well organized very clean store and you can find Whatever you want, average prices, and very friendly service.

Susan was my cashier and i was very impressed by her. There was this oldet lady that didn't speak very good English that bought two BOGO items that she didn't pick up and Susan made sure that she got those items. She was exceptionally kind to this lady. Also also the young lady that was working with Susan actually sprinted to the back and got both items but Susan and this other lady were exceptionally nice.l

Love this Publix location. Staff is always welcoming and ready to assist if you need help. Even greets you as you walk through the store. Other Publix stores don't have that same feel. I been to quite of few. My least favorite in poinciana. I would highly recommend the Publix at Columbia promenade. I do miss there pre covid sample food they would make though.

If you have ever gone to a grocery store and been told “sorry” by a cashier or staff member because they couldn’t solve a problem with any of your returns/receipts/card issues, then please do yourself a favor and shop at this Publix instead. I’ve been to all the other Publix stores in Kissimmee but this is the only one where there has never been an issue. The staff here is professional and they’re also just chill people.

This is the only Publix in a ten mile radius where employees actually help you if you have a problem. I’m not sure if this makes sense, but this Publix doesn’t give you that inner feeling of anxiousness that you get when you walk into one of the more tourist-y Publix stores. When you walk in here, you feel more relaxed.

I came here for the prescriptions. Not so much walking around at purchasing anything else but the pharmacy was great in and out before I knew it

The subs are really just out of this world from the fresh cut cold cuts, all the way to the bread. The employees are always looking to help. Just a good experience.

Amazing service! 9 am, Sunday July 23, 2023 I preorder chicken for a family gathering. I went in about 1 hour earlier to see if I could change the order. The chef came out to talk to me and I ask him if I could have 100 fried chicken wings instead of the fried chicken. He said yes and said it would be ready in a few minutes. The entire staff behind the counter was amazing. I shopped and came back for my order and it was waiting for me in the hot box or warmer. Everyone complimented me on the food and Kept asking where did I buy it from. We had gather in Florida from around the country to celebrate as a family. This was my first encounter with Publix. The staff was so gracious and kind. The chef was amazing. The chicken was fried and seasoned just right. I’ll update with a photo. This Publix was at John Young Parkway.

This is a very nice and large grocery store. It's exceptionally clean and well stocked and organized. They have a large deli and prep areas. Five star grocery store.

This Publix has the lowest prices and most friendly staff. The store manager is,out front by the cashiers most times helping out however and wherever he can. Yes I saw him stocking shelves too. A good GM always works WITH THEIR STAFF & he is a perfect example.

Shopping is always a pleasure at publix. I've shopped at Publix when I was a kid I remember my mother taking me in Publix on Biscayne boulevard in Miami Florida cuz that's where I'm from
