I went in last minute to get some shoes, it was close to closing time but the associate still showed patience and checked for ever I asked for. I did find some boots after checking 5 different pair that were out of stock in my size.

The location on Grand River is nice. It's well organized and clean, the employees are welcoming, friendly and helpful. I will be returning. The customers on the other hand at this location though can be pretty ghetto. But, I didn't let stop me from shopping. I got the help I needed, purchased my merchandise and left.
