seriously the best service i’ve ever had at a gas station, every time we go the employees are so helpful and kind!

Employees were very kind and respectful. Ice cream was extremely scrumptious and good price. Would recommend.

Walked in mid afternoon, got our snacks, drinks, and then ice cream. Each employee was very nice. The guy working the counter Don was extremely kind. This one is 10 times better than the Blacklick one.

Tyler and yosef is awesome they have great customer service! Please keep them they are awesome! This gas station super clean they smile make you feel welcome thanks you guys!

First of all, why are you selling ice cream if you're gonna be a grown man AND COMPLAIN ABOUT IT THE WHOLE TIME. Then refuse to scoop what my daughter wants bc it hurt your hands. Get another job. This is clearly not for you.

Just went into the store to make an ice cream purchase... was not greeted when I walked in, not even acknowledged by the only employee at the register, Upendra. I checked out while the cashier was looking at his cell phone... still nothing swiped my credit card... he finally put his phone down and his hand out... made some kind of gesture like the card swipe didn't take but it did and completed successfully. Since he did not say anything to me I said thank you and walked out. I have worked retail customer service and this shouldn't happen. Whose fault it this to allow such poor customer service? The cashier or the manager?

I entered the store and there were 2 other customers were in line to pay. .I announced my intent to purchase a shake and went to that counter. Two additional people came in and he proceeded to wait on them while I waited. I grabbed some other items thinking, "this will surely place me in the cue to be served, " He rang up my items, plus the shake and proceeded to say, "Let me take care of the next customer first." I calmly said, but I have been waiting, Isn't my purchase as important;.my need to be served equal? Only then did he hastily make my shake because he was more concerned about the next customer. And to my dismay, as I drove off, all ready enjoy to my delicious UDF strawberry milkshake, it was barely mixed and actually a glass of milk. I could have waited until I arrived home and added Strawberry Nestle's Quick to milk from my fridge. Too ticked off to return.

Went into store and was greeted by cashier and proceeded to get four milkshakes, manager made milkshakes and i left store after paying for my shakes..when i got to car the shakes tasted like flavored milk...will not go back for shakes again... 20.00 is to much for milk

The past three months gas price was almost $.60 to a dollar higher than other gas stations in Columbus now Sheetz is open you guys drop down your price, thank u sheetz

Very unprofessional. I walked in to two employees arguing about sports. It continued and raised in volume the entire time I was in the store even as they were ringing me up.

Come here twice a week, flat out terrible service.... In the coffee/drink section they are always out of lids, straws, creamer... you name it. Counters are gross and dirty and everything is a mess.

Worst customer service, I have been to multiple UDF, this store is very bad. And milkshakes are not good.
