Expect for your mind to be opened and blown away! Gaia’s has everything to make it easy to go zero waste. Start small is the great recommendation from the really helpful and knowledgeable owner. I bought dish soap and used one of her free reusable glass bottles to fill it up. Also purchased some hand soap tablets to use with my mason jars at home. I feel better at least trying to keep the amount of trash I make a bit less.

Such an awesome shop! Has great and practical gift options. I love the everyday items in there! I bought a couple of dish brushes, pins, earrings, and toothpaste tabs. Can’t wait for the holidays to come around and do gift shopping!

Fantastic addition to the Chicago South Suburbs! Most of the brands were new to me, but Sarah helped me find affordable low-waste alternatives to what I used before like biodegradable paper towels and non-toxic skincare. The refillery bar has a great selection of cleaning products, haircare and more. I brought in an empty hand soap bottle and filled up with a citrus soap that smells amazing. Sarah is so knowledgable and friendly without ever being pushy. She’s such a great resource for the entire community with her multiple recycling programs and compost drop-off. I’m excited to use my new food huggers, produce wash bar, coconut scrubber and toothpaste tablets!

It's important to our family to reduce the amount of waste we put out into the world, so we were so excited when Gaia opened! We've been shopping here regularly for our dish soap, dishwasher powder, hand soap, laundry detergent, and fabric softener. We've also purchased other household items, skin care items, and even products for our puppy! Highly recommend for all your eco-friendly products and helping you reduce your carbon footprint ❤

Absolutely wonderful and incredible store!! There are so many products in this store that I just love and use every single day! The refill station is absolutely amazing, it ranges from soap and cleaning goods all the way to hydrogen peroxide! There are home goods for everyone in this store. And even pet supplies, which I simply love!! Along with a truly passionate and kind store owner, I will be back here many many times!

Love the refillery concept, especially for: Nellie's laundry detergent, the toothpaste pellets, and the lavender lotion. Better products and cost effective. Participate in compost for food scraps! Drop off those glass jars, the smaller the better!

Just recently moved to this area and checked out this shop. I love the idea of refilling often needed products such as detergent and personal care such as soap, shampoo etc. Stop putting plastic jugs in landfills people! I purchased lavender laundry detergent as well as a reusable silverware set and handcrafted bath soap. I will be back.

This is the most amazing store I love it so much it’s eco friendly, regenerative products are deeply conscious to care for the earth and the folks in the expansive communities around homewood flossmoor. I am so grateful for the opportunity to purchase gifts for my family and friends here.

Just bought more of the Baby Detergent and handsoap/body wash and you just have to try them! I have sensitive skin and this is the best product I’ve used, and it really cleans your clothes! My family loves the soaps as well.

Love this shop! Lots of options for sustainable household products and giftware. I purchased a bunch of Christmas gifts here last December and everyone loved them. Specifically the lip balm and and shower steamers! The owner and staff are knowledgeable and friendly as well. Definitely recommend.

Great addition to the Homewood-Flossmoor area. The store is full of products I can easily swap to, reuse, and refill. No more buying so much cotton and plastic garbage!

This store is so cool. The products are high quality and I love the mission of being kinder to our planet by taking small steps & changing daily household habits to help reduce waste/fight climate change. It's a double wammie. The refillery was a new concept to me, but I love it because I can buy enough product to sample and not worry about wasting money (or product) if I don't like it. It's opened my mind to trying things that I normally wouldn't because I wouldn't want to waste money or deal with returns. For the products--the body wash & lotion options are great! The body wash smells good & rinses off my skin nicely. And the lotion is moisturizing throughout the day. I love the socks!! And the kitchen swaps are great. There's a baby section, too. Just a fun store with a great mission. And the owner is very nice, knowledgeable, and not judgy when I ask questions about the products.

LOVE this concept! Quality products and the owner is very knowledgeable and can offer great suggestions. I especially appreciate the ability to refill product without adding to the landfill! The citrus body wash is one if my favs :)
