North Conway Five & Ten Store

Loved it here! I knew that there wouldn't be much items that were 5 and 10 cents but there were many items under 50 cents. Our really brought back child hood memories with all the old toys, candies and random items. They had candies that you can get in a bag by weight or 5 and 10 cents each, little toys from 10 to 50 cents each and joke items from 50cents to $1.25. Other items such as bigger toys were also cheap and under $4, North Conway sweater and shirts from $12 to $35 and lots of gifts. The shop is small and can get a lil packed and they close early too. I highly recommend this store for gifts, candies and toys while visiting the White Mountains!

Everyone goes to Zeb's... if they miss this place, they have missed a huge attraction in NC. You can find SO MUCH from your youth here... plus, a great book collection too.

We went in this nostalgic building after zebs and I should have went here first. My wife bought a couple of things shirts souvenirs candy with the most interesting part about the store is the history covered on the walls I was reading and a lady who worked there who was in the car section told me to continue to the left and start from there so I proceeded and did that and I was blown away with the history of the building which was established in the 18 15 and became a candy store in 1937. And the counter is still the same from how it used to be over 80 years ago some of the toys that you see bring you back to when you was a child cuz you don't see any of those toys anymore especially the ones behind the counter I haven't seen a kazoo since I was a child. I'm really into history and I got wrapped up for about 30 minutes reading and chatting with the woman I would definitely recommend anyone who is interested in history and candy lol to make sure you stop here and just realize you're on a historic landmark that's been around for over 200 years !!!!

Great little variety store that's a must-visit!

Not exactly a five and ten anymore thanks to inflation, but it has toys, candies, knick-knacks, and all sorts of other things.

Such a cute little shop - candy, fudge and fun unique gifts - reasonably priced - Love the handmade soaps and needed a new bumper sticker. Polly is always friendly and helpful.

Interesting old store..reminds me of childhood days. Amazed to see them still in business while maintaining the same old school style of the store layout and decoration. Great service from the owners who still run the business on their own. Had a good conversation with them while enjoying their very delicious home made chocolate fudge. Lovely place!

Cute little antique store. By far the BEST FUDGE! Jelly donut and PB & J; not your typical fudge but it was so mouth watering and delectable. Def will get again when in the area!

Put on your list of places to check out while in North Conway. Brought me back to great childhood memories of toys I had when I was a child and now reliving those memories with my child. Great place to go and check out plus your surrounded by beautiful mountains.

Best fudge in North Conway, hand down. Possibly the best I’ve ever gotten. Much better than the fudge from Zeb’s General Store next door (they’re good, but not this good).

They have items you may not find in other places. The staff is always friendly. And it is a historic site as well. Bring the kids to see how their grandparents shopped.

Homemade fudge, interesting and unique finds, and souvenirs for those visiting. Came here often as a child and I’m so glad that it’s still here!

This was my favorite store in the world as a kid. Gives me goosebumps thinking about it!!
