Jason the assistant manager was amazing! I can’t say enough good things about the service that he provided me and my friend last night. He was so patient with us ordering so much food and then ordering again. He was professional and just great he needs a raise!!

I don't go often only because fast food isn't the best for growing kids, (in my opinion) but when I do treat the kids which is maybe once a month I'm never disappointed. The manager at this location-West Ossipee, NH., is just the best they have had since I've been going. She's never rude and almost always has a smile on for the customers. I say almost because even if I've never seen her other than smiling people have bad days sometimes. But she's always quick to fix a mistake or make the customer happy. She's probably the only reason I do continue to treat my kids there. Not sure I'd keep going if she wasn't there. And she cares for her staff too, I may have overheard her talking making sure her staff have transportation at night after there shift and there not walking in the dark and now cold weather.

Sausage Biscuit x2, Hash Brown x2, (a Sweet Tea light ice, Lemonade light ice for the road), via the drive-through...busy morning, 3 minutes in line to order, 3 more to the window, paid window 1, window 2 had my order ready as we pulled up. Hot, fresh and perfect to go with our coffees from our previous stop. Food was on point, service was a little slow but accuracy of orders is worth the wait for me. Atmosphere, well...it was a drive-through. I'll give it 2 of 5 because the parking lot was immaculate.

Nobody was paying attention to the customers. Not very friendly

Warm smiling friendly faces all the time and greasy food occasionally. That's what it means to have the fries 🍟🤣 everything in moderation and good service equals a happy customer. If you're interested in a classic and modern experience while assaulting your gut, this is the place you want to do it. 😊

This was the busiest McDonald's I've ever seen in my life. It was standing room only. People were actually waiting for tables. Drive through was wrapped around the whole building. It was madness! The staff was incredible. Ryan, at the counter was so composed and polite and the manager, I didn't get her name, was amazing as well. Great job! My order was correct and hot.

Care was given to having food fresh and hot.

Went here every morning during our vaca. The drive thru is opened and they get you through that line real quick. Staff is super nice as well.

For a mcdonald's, this was one of the good ones. The staff is very friendly, the order was made and delivered carside quickly, and the order was accurate. They even threw in an extra chocolate shake because they accidentally made more than one.

Food is hot and fresh. Young man helped me order on the touch screen and brought my food to my table! Great service.

Great place to eat with a fast drive thru service ! You can also use the custom kiosk which was super easy to use. Sheila brought our food over and was so pleasant. Great experience would recommend this location.

I stop here whenever I run down 16 on my way home. The staff is friendly and on point and they get my order right. My breakfast sandwich always comes out tasty and the coffee is delicious.

McDonald's is Madonalds ...what can one really say? They offer all the usual fare but a while ago stopped offering their wonderful coffee shakes. That has been a huge disappointment so we have taken to Burger King or Wendy's more often now....

Very friendly older lady that works the cash register at the first window… food was great and fresh..

I must say their ordering lines moved very quickly and my food was delicious and hot. A nice surprise.
