Absolute joke . We tried to place a big first order but they declined to fulfill it . To add insult to injury ; a manager named ‘Sarah’ called and cited that she can not sell to us because we sell on Amazon ( which is not true ) !! When we explained that we do not sell on Amazon , she rudely responded “ I have been in Buisnesss for 20 years and no way you guys not selling on Amazon “ . Seriously !! Emphasizing your new clients are liars !! We run multiple locations in different cities and countries ; and if she had done some research instead of relying on her arrogance and naivety , her company wouldn’t have lost us as a client.

What is even ironic ; that their prices are even high as compared to other distributors . And they don’t have enough information about the products they say they carry !!! I guess all they do is placing back orders for any product they list on their website !!

We have been dealing with a DIFFERENT DISTRIBUTOR happily for the last two months and we already placed multiple orders for over $100 k !!

The most sexist company I've ever help with always out of stock never apologize for any of their mistakes place is an absolute joke
